Shred Works

The company I work for has had really excellent service from Shred Works from every employee we have ever dealt with. My office is moving, and we were slowly bringing boxes to their location to shred. The last time I was there, I was introduced to Raquel, who said it was no problem to send a driver to our location to pick up the boxes. When we were ready, she arranged the pick up. The driver (Leo) called before he was going to come, showed up when he said he would, and was incredibly courteous and professional. We had a lot of things going on, and it was such a relief!

What a FIND! I just dropped off 145lbs for only $ 35. That’s amazing. Aaaaand it’s sooo easy. Just park and a friendly guy comes out to your car with a big bin, unloads the bags/​boxes, weighs it for you and walks you into the office for payment. The gal that checks you out is super nice and quick. Whole process took a little over 5mins!!! FYI the offer pick up services but it’s much less expensive to drop it off. Happy purging

THESE GUYS ARE GREAT!!! I recently had them come out to pick up and dispose of a personal computer, several floppy disks with confidential stuff on them, and a BIGASS TV set from the 80s. The front office worked with my schedule and gave me a 2-​hour window to meet them at my house. They also called me half an hour before the truck arrived.
The man who picked up the items was on time, fast, and professional. And the price was very reasonable. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

I work very closely with Serena Stark at Shred Works. She assists me with coordinating our shred service for all of the new locations that we open across the United States. She is extremely professional, nice and friendly. And, talk about patient? We have had some trying issues with the weather and such this Winter. I couldn’t ask for a better counter-​part to assist me with the organizing of these offices! She is A-​W-​E-​S-​O-​M-​E!

I had been trying to get an estimate for a lot of files that needed shredding, and had left 2 messages with their competition-​no reply after over a week. I was referred to Shred Works, and left a message for a call back. Less than an hour later, Juanita called me back and coordinated a date and time to get the work done. The guy came out within the given window of time, and was quick and efficient. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs shredding done.

Even though I have a heavy duty shredder at home, sometimes I still fall behind and it’s nice to know I can come here and drop off boxes of junk mail and outdated files. Erik the warehouse manager helped me and took my overstuffed box of old documents then returned with the empty box. Super. Easy. And really friendly service.

Office was closed on Saturday, but one guy was in warehouse and let me do a drop off and pay cash. Super inexpensive. Two bags was only $ 7.

We have been using Shred works for over 5 years now. They are always prompt and professional. Brady Saephanh is our account representative. He is very easy to deal with and always prompt and professional. Can’t tell you how happy I am with this company. Gary Barbano came out and was fast and efficient. 60 boxes done in an hour!

I recently used Shred Works to help clean out some confidential documents for my small business. Our schedule was very difficult because we were trying to move and dealing with a lot of conflicts. Raquel was a tremendous help and made it work for us. Shred Works also charged a lot less than ShredIt when we were pricing services out.
The gentleman who came to our office for the pickup was very pleasant, professional, and, as an added bonus, took away our pile of e-​waste that we needed to deal with, at no additional charge.
We would highly recommend Shred Works and would definitely use them again.

Great customer service and integrity. Their guy came out immediately to help me unload the boxes of documents in my car. I also asked to have a couple computers with hard drives erased as well but was honest enough to tell me that further review, there were actually no hard drivers inside them – making that part of the service free of charge.

So easy and so fast and SO affordable! I had been avoiding my growing stack of shred-​worthy documents until I found Shred Works. It really was as easy as walking in, dropping off my stuff, watching them shred it and walking out. It must have been 15 mins of my life to relieve a year’s worth of dread. Thank you!

Needed immediate next day service. My normal shred company I normally call was not available. Shred Works made it all possible to complete with the material needed to get the job done efficiently and quickly. Wow Jose Pablo the route operator did 5+++ star job of removing everything. He was by himself and made it look easy and with a smile. Give that man a HUGE RAISE.

This is such a great service. Tons of old boxes taking up an enourmous amout of space in the garage are gone-​just like that! You call them. They pick it up. That’s it! Really affordable, in my opion, too. Jose Pablo was the «route operator» and he was excellent. Polite, prompt, I give him and the company higest marks!

I found them after calling our usual shredding service, Shred It, and having the guy literally laugh in my face when I said I needed shredding the next day.
Thankfully the next place I called was Shred Works. Jim was great, he fit me in and they cost less!!! Boy I am glad now I got terrible service with the other guys :)

When another «Shed-​it» company will be nameless couldn’t step up to their agreement. Shred Works was to the rescue !
For my work I needed to quardinate 80 large banker boxes to be shreded. I had made set up a day for another company to do this work on a Thursday. All my boxes where nicely in a bay area ready for the pick up that morning. When I call to confirm they said «We have truck issue and couldn’t be out till Monday» OMG…
I called a few different places … then called Shred Works !! I need this done like today. The nice gentelman James was extremely cooprative and would make some call to see if this could be done today. He called me back within 20 minutes.
I love a company that has that CAN DO ATTITUDE ! James made this happen for me. My truck pick up was here within 2 hours to pick up my bulk 80 boxes.
The Young man Doante was my driver and mover. He was very nice, experienced and has the most excellent customer service. Shred works you have a great emplyee right here.
With in 15 – 20 minutes my boxes where loaded up, As a courtesy they even took some old printers we had. !!!
My invoice was faxes over… the bill was paid… and all my worries are gone.
I seriously recommend Shred Works for any company, or just person that needs bulk items to be shreded. Price was they are very cheep. I had called around and other places where trying to charge a $ 125 just to come out. Not here they just charged my per box.

Used them for shredding service. Tried calling but both numbers kept giving me a busy signal. Shredding was piling up. Went with another company because couldn’t reach anyone at Shred Works. Called to have them pick up their bin. Was kept holding over ten minutes. Tried e-​mailing customer service. Been about a week and no reply.
They rectified the situation and resolved my inquiries. Even though I’ve gone with a different company, I’d say they get the job done. Word to management at Shred Works:
1. When conducting company-​wide phone updates, ensure calls are routed to a dispatch.
2. Indicate on your website your phone difficulties. That way, in cases like mine, we don’t panic because we’re not getting through to anyone.
3. Notify customers in advance that phone systems will be down via e-​mail
4. It can happen to any good company, but the phone is key to ensuring the continued health and growth of the company.
5. May you experience good success.

Not a lot to say. Drive in. Give them my stuff. They shred it in front of me. Give me my box back. Pay $ 7/​box. Get receipt. Drive out.
Because of them, gave my shredder away.

So easy, so fast, no BS
