When I decided to change my service provider I didn’t realize how difficult my previous provider would make it for me. I couldn’t get any information from them and they told me that I had to visit a corporate store and sit down and talk to a manager. No thanks. Keyandra at the Sprint concession in the city center Radio Shack worked with me on this and provided me with a new phone and a service that was considerably less than what I was paying before with the other company. Sharp and competent the transition went smoothly with no surprises. I really like this new phone and am happy with the service.
