The woman whom makes the appointments, bills the insurance, etc. does not give accurate info to potential patients. People if you call their office make sure your insurance covers for services. Otherwise Dr. Sterns wife whom runs the reception and billing will not tell you up front what the charge will be if your insurance does not pay or cover.
She is trying to charge a lady over 300.00 for an eye exam for her 8year old child. Save your time and money if you or your child need a basic eye exam. You can go anywhere and pay 100.00 or less.

I want to say that that we loved Dr. Stern, I was running late and went to his old office and was very confused to say the least! So I’m wandering up and down the street panicking and this nice man came up to us and asked us if we needed help, I told him I was looking for dr. Stern’s office and he said“I’m Dr. Stern”. How nice is that that he came looking for us! In addition to that he was so wonderful with my 6 year old daughter that the whole eye exam went super smooth!
