I realize I’ve only been here once but this was an amazing experience for a Subway or any fast food restaurant. The employee addressed me while he was making a sandwich for the customer in front of me to let me know he’d be right with me. When it was my turn he and his coworker made all three sandwiches at once without flinching. My transaction was so fast I’m wondering if it even qualifies me to leave a review. I’m certain this sort of experience couldn’t be matched at a Subway«in the real world.» If you are in a hurry this Subway will get you on your way quickly.

Excellent customer service and cheerful on Saturday 5am. I was impressed. Wasn’t bothered by my request for hot water in my thermos. Breakfast sandwich is decent but don’t bother with the coffee… Especially with Starbucks and Peers kiosks in the same terminal with better coffee.

Hey this is nice. Something a lot healthier than usual airport food. A little slow but they were nice and working fast so can’t complain. I my only issue is they should have the same prices and specials as ALL the Subways do not just jack up prices because of the airport… but that’s to be expected.

I gotta say, this place was so rude I had to make a review. I just ordered my sandwich the previous hour(his shift– 5:30p 11⁄21) and the worker(didn’t get his name, but was of Mexican descent). I asked the server whether I could get my flatbread toasted twice. He put it in once, and preceded to take it out when time was up(15 sec– but I gave him the benefit of the doubt that he misheard) and so I asked him for another toast(he tossed my flatbread in that it wasn’t even on the tray and slanted against part of the oven inside. Then he shut the oven for the second toast– I was pretty patient so I didn’t really mind as much). After the toast, since I did not want all the veggies on my sandwich, I started choosing each veggie out(like most ppl I would assume) and he told me, «if u want it all just let me know», I replied saying that I didn’t want all of the toppings. As I chose the toppings he dropped the veggies onto my sub like he was in a hurry and there was only one person behind me(usually the workers at subway would kindly place the toppings, but instead he released grip before the veggies got to the sub such that the veggies would fall and roll around). By the time he was going to roll my sandwich, it looked like a veggie mess. He folded it anyways(olives were everywhere, clumps of cucumbers with three pickles dropped and lettuce just slanted on so the left was clearly higher than the right which had barely any veggies) When the next guy ordered as I was paying at te cashier, that same worker asked«would u like it all?» The customer replied«yeah I’ll take it all with my sandwich.» The worker: «good, thank you, u making my life much easier man.» I do this all the time in sd, and the staff there is pretty patient and they Actually** assemble the subs(placing toppings and LAYERING them, doesn’t have to be perfect but shouldn’t look like a person took a fist full of veggies and dropped it onto my flatbread. Instead, place the cucumbers on like most sub chains do instead of throwing cucumber clumps in my sub). Where’s the customer satisfaction/service in that? 0. Lookin past that havoc, the price may be more than a regular sub in the city, but it’s a(go figure) standard at airports(nothing to do with the rating).
