It’s a Subway, consistent, clean, the sandwiches are exactly the same as you would get at any other Subway. When I get the craving, it hits the spot. I love it.

Tall really skinny employee just made my sandwich so messy nothing was in the actual sandwich because he made it so poorly and didn’t even try wrapping it correctly. I work close by so this subway would be perfect for lunch but they just lost all of my future business.

Okay, I love Subway. I know you shouldn’t but I still do. However, I strongly dislike this Subway. Why? — Soda drinks are frequently broken or the mix is off — I seriously doubt the meat, cheese etc. are adequately refrigerated — The people that work here obviously hate it It is just a sad place.

Pros: 1) none Cons: 1) bathroom: out of service from 03/25/2013. 2)unhygienic way of making sub. Using same gloves to make meat and veggie sub. 3)need to repeat the order more than twice. 4)don’t accept Amex. 5)found hair in my colleague’s sub. 6) Living on conditional pass

Worst subway sandwiches ever! The restrooms were nasty, not cleaned, and not re-stocked with anything; they also smelled disgusting. Employees need better training as how to make the items & customer service!

Awful, awful. Sandwich was awful, bread was stale. I asked to speak to the manager about something, was told there was no manager. I then asked for the store phone number and told no phone. Go figure. Never, ever, will go back to this Subway. However, there is a wonderful deli on the other corner called Sierra, and no I do not work for them. They just have wonderful sandwiches and good service.

This place sucks. They don’t know what they are doing half the time. Not very friendly at that. They don’t even know how to make the sandwiches they advertise.

No, just no. I know it is Subway and expectations should be low but this place is the WORST! 2 little slices of meat, produce is wilted and the«Sandwich Artists»(scoff) are a joke. No customer service skills at all and the sandwiches always taste like crap. Avoid!

What can I say about a Subway that 99.9% of people don’t already know. I did inquire and was told that Jared has never been here and«foot long» is just an adjective. Besides they never said who’s foot was the unit of measure LOL… Seriously, it’s a family run franchise that is fast, clean and on point.

this place is super convenient. I can walk to this location from home and leave my doggy outside while I quickly run in and get a cheap sammich!

About a week ago, a group of about 10 people were on the prowl for food. They were ready to embark on an arduous journey to the Great White North, yet for the most part, they had only packed snacks and no foods of actual substance. Worse yet, their Amtrak train was delayed two hours and it was 9:50PM and they really needed to eat dinner. We were turned away from another sandwich shop down the street, and the situation looked dire. Enter: Subway. I regret that I do not remember his name, but we entered the store and very nearly begged and explained our situation to the man closing up for the night. With only a slight pause, he took the sandwich fixings out of the refrigerator, and started gearing up to make his last few sandwiches. About 13 $ 5 foot longs and a salad later, the man finished his task, and the group of 10 left happy. I could complain about slow service, or less than fresh ingredients, but let’s face it– there was only ONEGUY working there, and he was nice enough to put in a little bit of over time to help some group of college-aged people have an actual meal! To the man that whipped up a bunch of sandwiches around closing time last Tuesday night, I give you 5 stars. You didn’t have to serve us, and yet you did it with as much kindness and patience as you would to any other customer. I salute you, wonderful Subway employee. You deserve all the tips.

I’ve come here several times because there’s no where really to eat lunch nearby. It’s true, the service here does suck and the sandwiches don’t make up for it either. The bread doesn’t seem fresh, they’re probably made in the morning but Subways I’ve gone to where I live are always baking bread. I guess it’s because of the traffic, this is located by a lot of warehouses so there’s not a lot of people nearby and isn’t busy. Anyway, the workers don’t acknowledge what you’re saying and they can’t seem to understand what you’re saying half the time. but oh well. I dined in a couple times, and the store manager was actually there. He noticed that I was wearing an Atmosphere hoody so he started talking to me about concerts/festivals like Rock the Bells. He seemed pretty chill and looked really young. I just hope he isn’t the one who trains and employs the staff because they’re lacking in the customer service department, horribly.

I finally caved in and came here for lunch yesterday because of its location. I pass by it on each dog walk. Despite all the not-so-good reviews, I figured… it’s a Subway, how bad can it be? Well, to start of… this is my second to least favorite experience of Subway. They gave me less meat than other places, less veggie, and more dressing? End result: a sandwich drenched in dressing and not a fulfilling lunch at all.

This is the same Subway that used to be on the opposite side of Sierra — they just moved around the corner a while back to a busier street location. This is the worst Subway I have had the displeasure of going to. I found myself today asking why I continue to subject myself to this place — reason? they are literally across the street from my office so if I need a quick and simple bite to eat they are the most convenient. The workers seem at best dis-interested and at worst just unhappy to be there — it’s clear they don’t like their jobs. They are slower than slow, so get there before 12pm or you will be waiting forever. I have seen business literally walk out the door because folks got frustrated waiting an eternity to order a sandwich. Only one person appears to be trained on the cash register, which means that customers have to wait forever just to pay for their meal. The cash register person will get busy making sandwiches and the customers wanting to pay have to just stand there. They seem unsure on what bread they have day-to-day. Oftentimes I just make do with whatever bread name they seem to immediately recognize and have at hand. The meat count on their sandwiches varies by person to person, sandwich to sandwich — they don’t seem to have a clear idea of how much meat is supposed to be on the sandwich. They always skimp on the veggies and I have to repeatedly ask them to put more on. Did I mention they are slow? Another problem, which seems universal to me with all Subways I go to, is their soda machine is always out of whack: either not enough syrup and too much carbonated water, or the opposite. Which means when you get yourself a drink, it always tastes wrong or just bad. You either get a cup full of colored carbonated water or pure sugar syrup with almost no water whatsoever. The tables appear clean, but once you sit down you notice that while bereft of crumbs there are numerous faint smudges and smears on them. This says to me that they simply wipe off any crumbs to the floor but don’t necessarily wet-wipe the tables with anything. John R. is correct — not very customer friendly or interested in returning customers.

They opened this Subway a few months back and today I finally stopped by for lunch. It’s in a good location, and in an area that needs more lunch places(although they probably don’t have much of a chance to compete with Sierra Deli). I ordered my go-to sandwich(6″ ham & turkey), and the whole experience was just below average, even for Subway standards. They skimped on the veggies, workers seemed a little disorganized, and they weren’t too customer friendly or interested in developing return customers. I think they have a lot of work to do if they want to have a successful restaurant.
