Sum Yuen Hang

This store sells ginseng, snacks, teas, and some other things.

Sum Yuen Hang is another ginseng dispensary (the chinese writing say so on the outside of the building). i know nothing of the quality of such and partake little of it myself. nevertheless, many elder citizens really go for this stuff. barrels of dried american gineng. are on display
i go to store openings to see what kind of lost leaders they offer to lure people in. scored some garden biscuits (1.19, regular 1.49)
of course they carry other high end seafood (abalone) and other dried goodies (bird nest’s, shark fin’s etc.)
people with knacksacks, handbags, shopping bags should be ready to surrender them temporarily when shopping/​browsing in the store.
sum yuen hang is located across from lincoln’s square center.
