I was a little skeptical at first as it took them a while to identify the problem. But once they found the issue, they were quick to resolve the problem. They did a fair job and I would hire them again.

Swanson Sound did our outside Graduation ceremony at Chabot college in Hayward.
The band was up on the terrace on the 2^nd floor of the Library building. the graduation ceremony’s were held on ground level. The sound was perfect.
You could hear all the individual solos from even the flutes. The sound was perfect. We could here every Grads name perfect. I highly recommend this company for any event.

I can’t say enough about this company. They are very professional. Sometimes people who know their stuff have a tendancy to look down on others who don’t. They yell at performers and spectators. Not Swanson Sound. Their staff has a very pleasant and professional demeanor and they DEFINITELY know their stuff. They not only supply what you have asked for, but bring extra «just in case» equipment to help with last minute requests. I would recommend them any day.

This company did the sound for SUNDAYS IN THE REDWOODS 2010. If I could give 0 stars, I would! «Technicians» did not know their equipment and were completely clueless when the bands tried to cue them in on what they needed them to do. Several performers had to leave stage in the middle of performing to direct these «sound guys» on what they required to give optimal performance. I went to all four concerts so I know it was not an isolated event-it happened each time we were there! I hope next year Swanson Sound is NOT
awarded the sound contract as they did such a poor job for the 2010 concert series!!!
