Very first appointment I waited 35 minutes in the office before I even saw the dentist!
Second appointment I waited 25 minutes for a cleaning
The third appointment I waited 30 minutes till I got fed up with waiting, so I rescheduled for a morning appointment.
.
Apparently the dentist doesn’t seem to care about excellent service.
I have always had dental insurance and never in my life have I ever encountered this lack of care in my life. It’s absurd!

I’ve been to his office twice now and I must say he has an awesome staff. It’s a small outfit, only four of them, but they are all great. Dr. Sweeney made me feel perfectly at ease, I didn’t feel guilty one bit for my lack of going to the dentist in the past or things I could have done differently in the past, just positive support to continue with good oral hygiene. I recommend everybody in the Oakland area go to him, you will not be disappointed!

He’s located in the hood but its all good :) I’m always leery of having to go to dentists in general, but Dr Sweeney put me at ease. Highly recommended.
