Great coworking spot. Classy décor. Fun whiteboard workstations. Cool community. The tea house in the back is also AMAZING.

I have used the Blueprint for meetings many times during the planning stages of the Eastlake Music Festival and it was a great experience every time! The manager Colin is very welcoming and made sure our group’s needs were taken care of. They also host cools events here and have an awesome Tea Lounge set up in the back, perfect for conversations in an intimate setting.

Cool shared space with a cozy tea room in the back. Recently checked out an event in the tea space called «Kyoto Café», an all vegan Japanese dinner/​tea service. The setting very much fit the meal.

Very easy to book the space for personal use during general off hours and the staff are very sweet. Everyone was generous with their time in helping set up the event itself as well as touring the space and even just enjoying tea while discussing logistics. I would recommend Blueprint to anyone looking to be part of a cool and supportive community! A great experience, I am already booking my next event here!

What a perfect hybrid! Quiet yet energetic working space in the front, with technology-​free Tea Oasis in the back.
With plenty of natural light, unique white board /​chalkboard desk spaces, speedy wi-​fi, and an ultra-​mod kitchenette, the shared workspace has everything I need to be focused and productive. Bonus features include a couch area near the front window, a welcoming smile greeting you at the front desk, and the occasional (and optional) collective quickie break to shake things out. A mini climbing gym, hammock, and swing have been mentioned. (Shhh, i may have just ruined the surprise.)
The real treat is hidden behind the curtain — a true tea oasis — for a personal timeout, a business meeting, or intimate conversation with a friend. I felt transported to another world, finding a seat on a cushion around the low wood table, basking in a slice of natural sunlight. My favorite part, though, was concocting my own loose tea mixtures from the impressive collection of functional herbs and tea varieties (e.g., plantain leaf, damiana, yerba mate, astragalus root… they’re not kidding around). So much fun, and so healthy, too!
Overall, it’s fantastic to support my projects by showing up to this fresh new space, full of healthy-​minded people who all seem to be up to some really inspiring projects themselves. Double high five to the Blueprint Team for all your efforts! So worth it. Thank you thank you!

What an awesome co-​working spot! About two months ago, I randomly stumbled into the Blueprint looking for the Tea Oasis and spontaneously fell into conversation with the laid-​back and charming Jay, who is one of the co-​founders. The very next week I signed up for the full-​time membership package and have continued until now. It’s been a phenomenal experience!
The space itself is top-​notch with everything one could possibly need in a co-​working space: stocked kitchen, high-​quality organic coffee, refrigerator, innovative ergonomic standing desks, office supplies, printing, etc. In addition, the Tea Oasis (which co-​working members have access to) in the back provides a respite from the working in front for those who need a quick nap or quiet time. In terms of what you get for the price, a full-​time membership at Blueprint is quite a bargain compared to other comparable options out there.
Some people may not be familiar with this particular nook of Oakland, however getting to know this understated little neighborhood in Eastlake has been an unexpected pleasure. There are loads of tasty Vietnamese Phở/​Noodle/​Bahn Mi joints in addition to grocery stores where you can buy fresh fruit or Vietnamese baguettes. Lake Merritt is a short three-​minute walk away.
Just like Colin (who often plays «host»), the vibe at the Blueprint is warm, positive and welcoming. As it recently opened, there is more opportunity to have a voice than in some of the other, more established co-​working spots in Oakland. The incredibly dynamic founders Ben & Jay are always around, helpful and asking everybody for opinions on how to make the space amazing for all.
