Avoid this place. Do not give a deposit. Do not rent.
In the few months I have lived here:
–2 cars have been stolen from the «secured» garage, 1 car was rifled through, 1 car was broken into
–my tires were emptied of air (and somebody took the time to put a pebble in the air-​hose cover)
–extremely noisy neighbors
–slow or no response to maintenance requests
–had to ask 9 times for a signed copy of the lease
–laundry room often full, in fact somebody replaced my clothes with their own
–squeeky floorboards beneath15 year old, filthy carpet
–nickle and dime you on the move in fees
–btw, you don’t need the garage genie, don’t pay the extra fee
