Used the service in Denver with no problem. Landed in Oakland, called in, they said 10 minutes until the shuttle would be there. It was 25. Then sat there for another 40 minutes waiting for his other fares to show up. Would have been totally worth the extra $ 30 to take a cab direct to my hotel. Skip this service.
