TSA Pre-Check Enrollment Office

I had a 9:15AM appointment in late October. I was in and out in something like 10 minutes. The woman who interviewed me was pleasant and business-​like.
A couple of days after my appointment, I had my known traveler number.
The place was a pain to get to, but the overall experience was fine.

This place does more than just TSA Precheck. You will wait in queue with people who are awaiting other services.
I came here with an appointment, thinking I’d be quick and then go back to work. Instead, I ended up waiting about 45 minutes to get in. A lot of people waiting with me had waited much longer and were upset. Complete strangers were talking like good friends about how ridiculous it all was. It made the DMV look like a well-​oiled machine by comparison.
Ironically, the people running the show were very prompt and friendly. I also got my approval in just a few weeks.
The place was just short staffed. They had a sign in sheet but no marquee to show who was next. It was hard to hear them when they called the names. At least the waiting area had a coffee machine.
