In August, I needed a ‘certified’ translation for IRS reporting. So I contacted Vanguard after seeing their ad on craigslist. They cashed the check and never sent me the promised document in mail. I logged a complaint with Better Business Bureau. BBB tried to contact them multiple times, but heard nothing from them. The BBS complaint case # is: 57 179 461, or search on
for ‘vanguard translations’.
In the end, they got a BBS rating ‘F’.
