I had a really lovely experience with the sales staff here However, when I returned an item it took two weeks and numerous phone calls and a paypal dispute filed to receive my credit on returned merchandise So for all the hard work on the front end by sales staff the back end accounting staff really made this experience ugly Buyer beware! Also when I called to speak with someone the owner wouldn’t give his name like he was hiding his identity super shady phone etiquette

A week ago, I finally made it there, and got to speak with the designer while shopping. He has such a great eye for what fits plus size women. We were discussing the latest — cool tie die gauze shirts, and the new line of «lagenlook»?(sp?) clothes he has coming up. I shop around and online, and at this point — We Be Bop’s prices, style and materials beat out everyone else. P. S. There is plenty of parking right in front of the door as well!

I can’t believe it took me a year to discover this place. I happened on it today and was delighted. Finding wearable plus-size clothes at a discount is like fining a unicorn in your backyard — doesn’t happen. But this place has a large selection of beautiful clothing at more-than-reasonable prices. Example: linen pants for $ 12.00 and lovely rayon top for $ 10.00. The standard price range seems to be about $ 30 – 40. This is a wonderful place. It can be a little difficult to find. The storefront faces the parking area and is set back from the street next to an auto repair shop. The owners have hosted art exhibitions in their space and they are committed to the Oakland Art Murmur. Awesome people, great selection, good prices, quality merch and some parking. What could be better?

I’ve loved We Be Bop clothes for over 15 years! I still have one outfit that is too funky to wear in public but it works perfectly for my dance rehearsal clothes. I actually saw the same print in the outlet today. Way exciting! I was bummed that the old outlet store went out of business. So I was thrilled to discover that they’ve re-opened in Oakland. They’ve got the most fabulous collection of colorful, stylish, innovative plus-sized clothes around. Easy to find and good parking.
