West Coast Rental & Event Production

I used West Coast Rental for my Grand Opening Celebration of my acupuncture practice. When using services I try to stick to Alameda businesses when I can so West Coast was my first call. Steve was easy to ask questions (this was my first event where I rented equipment) and was very helpful in helping me determine what I might need. I tried calling a few other rental businesses that were highly rated on Unilocal and was underwhelmed by their response. My event was small and I felt like it was unimportant when calling other places. Steve seemed to understand that I wanted this event to look just as great as a big event might look. I even stopped by to see the items he talked about. Everything arrived on-​time and the driver was efficient and courteous. My event looked top notch thanks to West Coast! I really liked that Steve also let me know they were just entering their busiest time of the year. That helps me plan future events. West Coast is my one and only!

What a great place to rent tables for a party. We were in a pinch and we called last minute and they helped us right out. Thanks so much what a wonderful experience.

I have used West Coast rental twice and they were both good experiences. The first time I went to pick up and they were closed. I totally freaked it. I believe it was a Satuday — after several phone calls I got ahold of them and they got my order to me. The second time there were some problems with the order — I didn’t fully read the fine print and basically ordered wrong. The company adjusted the pricing without balking, even though it was my mistake. I just placed my third order with them and am happy to do so. It isn’t easy to run a small business in a bad economy, much less a party business. I am grateful that this company is hanging in there. Thank you.

I use West Coast Rentals all the time for my catering company. We are always please with there service. There prices are below market. They surpass my expectations every time. In the last year they have gotten much better quality items and new and fun items.

We have been using West Coast Rental & Event Production in Alameda for years and have found their service to be exceptional! We have used them for our Fund Raising events which involve setting up a large tent & lighting along with obtaining proper permits.
I would recommend them for back yard events that would require tables, chairs and umbrellas.
We have found their staff to be helpful and professional. They have been on target with our community events as well. What a great community asset we have in West Coast Rental & Event Production.

I think it’s fishy how each 5 star review here belongs only to people who have ONLY signed on to Unilocal to review this business. That says to me that not only did West Coast Rental (namely Tracy Ann) see my review, they still have not reached out to remedy this situation AND it looks as though they have coerced friends to review them. They still owe us money. Bad business.
