All Tech Security Systems

I had a problem with my alarm system and All Tech was able to troubleshoot and correct the problem after he did extensive research. My system was not his usual one and he was friendly, thorough and efficient. Even did follow-​up a couple times when I goofed things up.

They show up on time, have more knowledge than anyone I’ve talked to and took the time to explain everything to me so I understood the whole process. I do not Unilocal as much as I should, but felt I must about this business. All Tech Security Systems is top notch. Not only have they outfitted my home with state of the art security, but I recently discovered that their customer service is unmatched.
Due to a problem recently with PG&E all power to my home was lost. Thankfully, the battery that All Tech installed continued to power my home’s alarm system. Once power was restored to my home it was discovered that PG&E «over» powered my home which resulted in the blow-​out of several items (stereo, cable boxes, coffee pot, several light switches and outlets, and my home alarm transformer). When I called All Tech to see where I could purchase a new transformer they told me to not worry about it that, that they would send me one. At no charge!!! Having had service from all the «big» alarm companies over the years (ADT, Brinks, Bay Alarm) I can tell you this type of concern and service is unheard of and unexpected.
Yes, the techs are great. Yes, the system is comforting. Yes, the monitering is quick and affordable, but it it this type of service after the sale that makes me a customer for life.

Very happy with this company. I had a tech by the name of Mike out this past weekend. He was very knowledgeable. Mike seemed to be honest and not trying to up sell the system. I had two other alarm companies out prior and they both tried to talk me into buying a whole new system when this one is only 7 yrs old and was rarely used by previous owner. The other companies seemed to have never seen a syste
like mine before. Mike came out, told me my system was in perfect order and that it just needed programming. He had it programmed, functional and set up with his monitoring center In a matter of an hour or so. would recommend All Tech highly.
