Overpriced, clothes are in a jumble. Messy. Not sorted by size or at least color. Worst Goodwill ever.

This place can be expensive at times and the staff were very unfriendly! My gf was standing at the cash register for 15 minutes until finally one of the staff noticed.

Very expensive and not very friendly:-(I’d rather go to Walmart or Target and pay a couple bucks more for something brand new!

OVERPRICED clothing. …they are more expensive than some retail stores. This one is horribly overpriced. You are selling USED stuff people! I find cheaper clothing at ROSS. Update; I gave this two extra stars… because, the staff is AWESOME, and… after going back(due to lack of thrift stores in the area) I did find a few little treasures that(shockingly) were not overpriced. The«knick knack» and kitchen area in the back actually has really good prices. Thrift store prices… and you can find some treasures. The thing that I like about thrift stores is that the inventory changes weekly and you really never know what unique item you might find. Also…they have ½ off sales and it helps to offset the overpriced clothing. Still…this goodwill needs to lower some of their prices otherwise people will forgoe the goodwill & shop at Ross and Homegoods to get cute, reasonably priced treasures & clothes.. Garage sales are still the best bet for cheap finds.

I agree with Fallon. This location is a hit or miss. Although, since I do dress like my grandma, GW is always the place for vintage cardigans, pins & little totes.

I find a lot of nice new baby stuff there that’s not too bad, but some of the other things seem to be way over priced, I don’t want to pay full price for a pair of used tennis shoes. Some of the staff is very friendly and helpful and I always find a lot of unusual items that I just love. I can lose myself in there for quite a few hours, just please lower the prices so some of us can afford to buy something more than just 1 item.

I just came from the store in Oakley, which is having a half off sale today. It was packed with shoppers. I wanted to try on a few items, so I got into the dressing room line. There are only two dressing rooms. They normally post a sign indicating that there is a 3 item limit, but took them down for today — so there were people with 30 — 40 items in their baskets. I stood in line for 45 minutes and it never moved. I asked the manager if she would do anything for the shoppers with only a few items and she said no — she didn’t want to deal with it — so I left. VERYPOOR management, she could have kept one of the rooms, for say 5 items of less, and then left the other one for people that are trying on massive amounts of clothes. I will never go to another one of their sales again!

There are better Goodwill locations than this one. I’ve been to this location over 15 times and I keep coming back because if I can’t find something at other Goodwill locations, I get stuck coming to this one on some delusional hopeful whim that«just maybe» and I leave the store with a «maybe not» It’s very dark, very cluttered, very messy and disorganized. There really isn’t a lot of great items here. It’s sort of like a lot of broken junk. This is the only location where those kind of things dominate the store whereas at other places it’s in the minority of what’s available. The dressing rooms are dank. Just poor excuses of minimal privacy and it’s a bit uncomfortable to go into one by yourself. The people working there are everything short of cheery. Granted, I don’t think I could ever be a cashier so I try to cut people a lot of slack who work in customer service because the good lord knows I could never do it, but there just comes a point in time where you have to ask: is it really that hard to slap on a fake smile and a cheerful hello?

As is usual with Good will stores, the selection is a mess of overpriced and obsolete merchandise. 95% of this store was clothing. The other 5% was nothing but piles(and I do mean piles) of junk. The staff were all very friendly, but they can’t expect to move merchandise(thereby making any money for the charity) unless things are organized well and priced to sell! Get your stuff together, Goodwill. Remember, this is used and often obsolete stuff that could be gotten for the same price or less elsewhere in better or new condition. You have to up your game to stay in it.

I was sitting at a crossroads when I decided to come to this Goodwill location. I had been hugely disappointed at the Antioch Goodwill and I needed to make a choice. Go back towards home and stop at the Concord Goodwill or drive some more to the East just to see if this place had anything to offer. Sometimes those decisions were meant to be because… I FOUNDMYGOWN!!! The most perfect Winter Wonderland gown you could find. Plus its more of a prom dress rather than a wedding dress so I really don’t have to do anything to it. Well, dry cleaning is in order for this sucker. It was marked $ 50.00. This dress was worth $ 50.00 in its past life before the Quinsinetta it went to spilled something red on it. I walked to the lady working behind the counter and said,“I don’t understand why this dress is $ 50 when there are two other dresses over there marked $ 25& $ 14.99 that don’t have any stains.“ She looked at the stain looked at the price and said, «This is marked wrong. Its $ 9.99.» You got yourself a deal! I got my hand-me-down dream gown for way less than I thought I would and I will be the belle of the ball.
