Haven’t been here for a couple of years but I hope the reviews about bad service are a fluke because we are planning to come for dinner this week. Attention management: Thete is no excuse for bad service! A server does realize bad service equals bad tip, no?

It is truly a shame! The food is great. I love their Chicago Style pizza and wings. The service is terrible. This has not just been a one time occurrence. We have had poor service the past couple times we have been there. It takes forever to get anything, and it seems like the staff is more worried about having a good time than serving the customers. You have to ask for everything at Uno Pizzeria & grill. The prices are relatively high considering the poor service we received. I do not recommend going to Uno Pizzeria & Grill in Oaks, PA.

They have an enjoyable pesto chicken sandwich: $ 10.95 The place is clean. Plenty of parking. Booths are comfortable and large. I was impressed with their large gas fire pit outside. My colleague took advantage of their all-you-can-eat special,(and had 3 servings). He was happy. We arrived at about 11:45 Thursday afternoon and the place was empty. But within 30 minutes it was much busier. Noise wasn’t bad at all though. Attractive and comfortable ambiance. I will gladly return.

Great Service and Great food! Went to Uno for a quick bite to eat with the fam. Apps: Got Fireball Whisky BBQ wings and Zucchini chips. The wings were good, but I have to say I was impressed with the Zucchini chips. They were delicious and came with marinara sauce. I am not one to normally like anything over wings for an app. Salad: Got the wedge salad. Was big and had plenty of blue cheese and bacon(can’t go wrong with that!) Entre: My dad and I shared the Numero Uno pizza which was very tasty and had an equal combination of meat and veggies. The larger size was a perfect size for him and I to share, because we are big guys(both over 200lbs and over 6’3″. Did not have room for desert because we finished the whole deep dish pie.

Went went there tonight for dinner. First off, I ordered a sweet tea. Waiter«we don’t have that sorry.» How do you not have sweet tea?! Then I was checking out the drink menu. ‘Traditional iced tea’ I asked the dude when he came back I question him on it. He goes«that iced tea not sweet tea.» I said just to bring me it and I can put sugar in it myself if that too hard. My burger was 3⁄5 stars. I was med rare, pretty good. I think it was the bacon cheddar burger. My moms salmon was over done and not that good. And my dads pizza had way to much cheese and wasn’t good either. 2⁄5 stars.

Twice visited this place and twice liked it. First time our daughter had salmon(blame Nemo for not eating fish) and she absolutely loved it. Also, very attentive service. We love to try new things and we will be back.

Went there Friday night before storm Jonas so maybe the everyone was distracted and ready to go home. The apps — wings were great, slightly crispy and still hot. The chips with the chips and dip tasted burned. Drinks — they didn’t have the mic for the first drink my husband ordered and he daïs the drink he did order was bad. Maybe all the bartenders had gone home to beat the snow. Food — pizza was ok. I ordered the salmon and it was very overcooked, dry and hard, and over seasoned. I did not finish and the waiter asked if there was anything wrong with it. I told him it was overcooked and I really didn’t like it. He shrugged and walked away. Why ask?

I am usually not a fan of chains but my kids love UNOs and I have to say as far as chains go, the food here has always been top notch! We have had Jess as a server more than once, she is friendly, attentive and patient even when busy! It’s a real tribute to the restaurant that there hasn’t been a time that a friendly manager hasn’t stopped to ask how our visit was. I am sure they have bad nights now & again but we have never caught them on one and we are quite regular… keep it up UNOs and we will keep coming back!!!

My boyfriend and I have dined at this location twice — and although UNOs isn’t particularly a favorite chain of mine, I have been consistently impressed by their quality customer service. On both occasions, an employee has greeted us by opening and holding the door. Once seated, our hostess not only inquired about how we were doing, but insisted that we provide her with feedback upon leaving(should anything be to our disliking). The servers at this restaurant are also incredibly friendly and upbeat — always smiling and accommodating. Although I can’t recall our first waitress’s name(she wore a pink headband and a ponytail both times I’ve seen her), our waiter tonight was Ryan. Noticeably so, both individuals marked my to-go containers with dates as well as thank you notes on each occasion. As someone who formerly worked in retail for 10 years, I understand that interacting with the public can be extremely challenging. Therefore, I greatly commend the team at the Oaks UNOs! Your commitment to providing stellar service really shows.

Stellar service, standard franchise food, but I’ll take it! We have vistited Uno for the great Kids Eat Free Tuesday nights. The service is always friendly and very accommodating to demanding young diners– I’m not sure I would accommodate the whining myself! The arts and crafts table is a big hit with the kids, and then the adults get to have a meal in peace. The beer list is pretty impressive as well.

For me, the real test is how a restaurant takes care of you when something goes wrong. Last night I was craving deep dish pizza, so I decided to swing by the Uno location in Oaks, PA by myself. There was a short wait, but the hostesses were good natured about it, even checking to see if there was an empty place at the bar for me. There wasn’t, but a table opened up fairly quickly. My server was Nick, he was attentive without being intrusive. I ordered the very yummy fried zucchini(much better than most other places) and an individual pizza. I knew from past experience that their pizzas take about 20 minutes to cook, So the zucchini appetizer arrived promptly, Nick stopped by with a just-in-time soda refill and everything was going fine. About ten minutes later, there was a commotion across the room; someone had dropped a dish and it smashed on the floor. About two minutes after that, the manager visited to tell me that unfortunately, the dropped dish had been my pizza. He explained that he had ordered a rush replacement, and offered a complimentary appetizer while I waited. I thanked him and he personally delivered my appetizer choice a couple of minutes later. Both my server Nick and James the manager checked on me a couple of times after that, The second pizza arrived without incident(and was delicious.) When the check arrived, in addition to the free appetizer, the pizza had been comped without asking. My attitude throughout was a sincere«It’s okay, mistakes happen» but everyone really went the extra mile to make sure I was taken care of and happy.

Always good food but more importantly the servers are some of the nicest I’ve ever met! We come here whenever we’re in town and it’s consistently a good experience, we’ve never felt rushed either. The outdoor fire is great on cold nights too. Why it’s not 5 stars — it’s not exceptional but it’s really great. It’s a chain and you get the food you expect, it’s certainly not somewhere I’d eat at all the time but it’s clean and the people are warm and friendly.

so we came here yesterday and were looking forward to some steaks. One ordered med-rare and one medium. they both came out very well done. Very sad. We didn’t think much of it, told our waiter and proceeded to eat the steaks. The manager Jules came over and apologized, and in addition to making us new steaks to go home with, she comped part of our bill too. Thankfully when we got home the to go steaks were cooked just like we like them. So Thanks Jules, you saved our first world problem day!

My Girlfriend and I went to uno this past weekend for a date night(her choice). Food was fantastic and the waiter was great, he kept checking in, bringing us water when he noticed our glasses running low. However, the god-awful mixed drinks my girlfriend and I received were the worst of their kind we’ve ever had. I ordered a mint mojito(which I’ve had plenty of) which had absolutely no rum in it. I couldn’t even taste a hint of alcohol. My girlfriend ordered a Margarita and it tasted like they put sour mix and lemon juice in a glass(not even a margarita glass). Once again, no alcohol could even be tasted. When I asked that the waiter send the items back, he offered to bring another of each. I agreed to this, however, the bar manager said that the drinks were ‘measured’ and that they would taste exactly the same. I had them take both drinks off of my bill as I wasn’t interested in pursuing the matter(I’m not Jon Taffer and I’m not there to fix the bar no matter how awful the drinks). I felt that the awful drinks outweighed the quality of the food and service and as a result I don’t think we’ll be revisiting this establishment any time in the near future.

Stopped in here on the way to Limerick to pick up my car. My husband likes trying new places and I accommodate him. As another reviewer wrote… the music will burst your eardrums. So we opted to sit outside even though the ambiance didn’t look appetizing as Route 422 is right in the backyard. I have to tell you it was so much better outside. We split the Shrimp & Crab dip… it comes with several pieces of toasted garlic bread and it was indeed okay. The pizza on the other hand was really nothing to write home about. The crust was tasteless and we should have just eaten the top with a fork. Our server was young and probably not too experienced though she was very pleasant and tried hard. Just don’t think we’ll have a second meal here.

Looking out my Valley Forge motel room window, I noted an Uno Pizzeria across the street from the strip mall! Close enough for me to walk,(in a not so friendly traffic environment!) I made the trek in anticipation of a deep dish, thick and cheesy Chicago style pie which I had not consumed in years. I ordered the small número uno and it was not at all what I had remembered or anticipated from my last experience at an Uno in Fort Worth, Texas 7 – 8 years ago . This presentation was smaller, thinner, anemic at best! Much less cheese, certainly not stringy from the fork to my mouth! It also appeared to be lacking the meats that should have been layered inside!(menu said sausage, pepperoni onions, and the other good stuff.) Don’t get me wrong, the pie was flavorful with its butter crust. Good but not so good that I will desire to put my body and limbs at risk and walk across the street to return. This meal was certainly not worth decimating my diet… I only prayed it was going to be! Remorseful about caving in, however I did enjoy a cold Sam Adams Lager and some good friendly service along with it, but with a sigh I will have to say for the price paid, Meh, I have had better pizza pie in multiple places!

Please don’t come here!!! Selfishly I want to make sure there’s a seat at the bar for me! And so if it’s not clear, my review is for the bar. I’ve only once sat in the dining room. This place is underrated and I can’t wait to come back. They have a KILLER beer selection especially for a chain, and the food is good and reasonably priced. This place is unpretentious. Without saying, their classic deep dish is amazing. The farmer’s market deep dish with whole grain dough is good too, but I prefer the regular, crispy and flaky dough. It reminds me of actual Chicago deep dish from Lou Malnotti’s. I was really impressed recently with their execution of gnocchi. Now, for those of you who aren’t familiar, this pasta is small, pillowy, drops of fluffy, carby goodness. There is a better probability that you’ve previously had BAD gnocchi, rather than great, or even good. Uno’s surprisingly had excellent execution of texture and they even managed to stuff it with a little cheese and garlic. I was SO impressed. There’s so many Italian restaurants that can’t get gnocchi right, and here an American chain does. Bravo! Do NOT come here without a coupon. They send them out in mailers. 20% or $XX off. The atmosphere here gets lively during sport events. The décor in the bar is simple. Painted walls and beer signs and lights. Service is pretty good at the bar, but sometimes the bartenders get distracted and take a few minutes longer to get back to you. The dining room gets pretty loud too. It’s a magnet for family-type and casual events. They have some decent happy hour specials. $ 4.50 craft drafts and they have about 20 or so. And ½ off certain appetizers. Not bad, but the food is already so reasonably priced, especially with a coupon. Also, if you’re watching your weight and counting calories, you can get away with a reasonable meal not too high in kcals: petite steak and veggies. It even tastes good.

3.5 stars based on 2 visits to the bar for lunch, rounded up to 4 for the good service behind the bar. Bartenders were great, service was great, food not quite as great, but decent. I’ve had the burger and the 6oz lunch steak so far. The burger was good, but a bit overdone as far as my medium rare is concerned, but it was not good enough to keep me from going to Cheeburger Cheeburger around the corner if a burger is what I’m looking for. The lunch steak was pitifully small at 6 oz, but cooked a very nice medium rare. I will probably never order a steak here again, but wanted to give it a shot. Got the naked baked potato which is basically mashed potatoes with some toppings mixed in and a HUGE dollop of sour cream on top. It is probably a lot easier for them to keep a pile of mashed potatoes available rather than a bunch of baked potatoes, but I must say I prefer the actual potato. I sat at the bar to watch the Olympics, they have many TVs in this area and there is hardly a place to sit without a good view in the bar area. There are also tables around the bar that have waiter service which includes 3 tables right by the fireplace! Looked very cozy yesterday but was occupied so I had a seat at the bar with the lovely Davida taking care of business. I will head back, probably to watch more Olympics and try the Pizza which I assume will be delicious since it is a Pizzeria!
