Awful service. Do not recommend them and will not use them again. Ruined 7 shirts that were brought in for a simple wash and starch — when shirts were picked up, they had small oily stains all over them that would not come out. The owner accused me of lying and said the doesn’t see any stains, while staring directly at them. Refused to negotiate any compensation or refund.

I really want to give them no star.
They washed my silk blouse with water although they charged me «dry cleaning fee». The blouse was damaged and discolored. It was not the first time. At the first time when they ruined my clothes, I recommended to check inside label carefully. The cloth was expensive, but I could not receive any store credit or money. When same problem occurred, I complained the damaged cloth. They said to me to change a dry cleaning store, apart from indemnifying the damage.

Paddock Cleaners does EXCELLENT alterations as well as dry cleaning. In the past year I have taken 3 items to them and everything has turned out perfectly. Thank you for great service too!
