Every other time I have been here I’ve really never had any problems until today. I felt completely embarrassed and down right scolded like a child for attempting to use my 3^rd spray tan that I purchased in October. I bought 3 spray tans on ¹⁰⁄₃₀ was told I didn’t have any available, they couldn’t find where I used he third and assumed it expired. I was told it expires in 90 days, I mean it’s not that hard to know ¹⁄₁₈ isn’t 90 days from ¹⁰⁄₃₀.
I asked the girl to call a manager so she did, she told me the 90 expectation information was on the pamphlet on the counter, which is was not. The manager refused to okay her to add a spray tan to my account and that I would need to come back once she came into work because she was «off the clock». Hmm, I find that strange since you are on the phone with her.
I was berated for asking what the terms were, 60 days, 90 days, was never given the real facts. I asked for the corporate number and was again refused. I was told I could buy a spray tan if I wanted to tan, or come back later.
I called the other location who put a free spray tan instantly when I told her what happened. Don’t come here if you want to be treated like crap! That’s probably the reason this place is always dead!

this place was great and very clean the staff was a great help and recommended me the best tanning method for me the color was a little dark but I loved it I will defiantly get the lighter tan next time I go in

I was in the need of a quick fix for a tan after being invited to a wedding which would probably be more than a high school reunion then a wedding. I have had no previous experience with a personal spray tan, only booths, but I can tell you from the moment that I walked into the Gainesville location I was treated as though I was VIP for the day!
Not only did Linane answer all my questions, but she made a very personal experience easy and I was at ease the entire time, in my birthday suit.
After the experience, she told me to call her at any point if I had any questions and I did…
The next hour I got my hair done and when she explained that not a drop of water could get on my body… Murphy’s law began! I had to go get my hair done. when you get your hair done it’s kind of hard to control where water goes when you’re being shampooed. A drop of water ran down my chest and immediately I freaked out thinking I’d ruin the tan. I called Linane immediately and she gave me several solutions and she did not make me feel like I was bothering her and she actually told me «I just want you to look your best tonight! That was so thoughtful of her to even answer my phone call and make me feel like I was important and that my beauty for the night would not be compromised. I will not only recommend this tanning salon to others but I would travel an hour just to be a patron of this wonderful boutique. Thank you for the experience!
