I just chose dr. Jack as my new doctor and I am very pleased. He is very knowledgeable and has a great bedside manner. He has a bright future.

The staff really blows here. They can’t keep their payment in check, I keep getting mail from them saying we owe a balance and going to collections, but when I call or have gone in, they can’t find it. Really like Dr Carroll, wish he would leave and go to another practice or start his own so I wouldn’t have to put up with the crappy staff to see him.

Shame that in 2015 your Doctor’s office, who should be up to date technology wise, doesn’t even allow online Bill pay. Wonder what else they aren’t up to speed on?

I have been going to this practice for a few years now and I love it! I see Dr. Jack Cheng. He is a younger guy and he really takes the time to answer any questions you have and also breaks everything down so you really understand what is wrong. Most of the time I get there about 15 minutes early and I get called back before my actual appointment time. Today I was in and out in 25 minutes! I highly recommend Dr. Cheng and this practice.
