I would not eat there due to the fact that they look like they are remodeling. So we brought out food to our hotel. However it was one of the best pizzas I have had out of my home state of Illinois. The crust was excellent and they were not stingy on the toppings. The sauce was also very good. We also ordered a garlic was bread with cheese and that was also excellent

Best Pizza in obetz hands down. Pricing is okay and affordable. They have great toppings and the crust is amazing, sometimes we get extra cheese and have them brown the top and brown the bottom it’s yummy. Best cheese Stix and fried mushrooms

Gave it 2 stars because the garlic bread was pretty good. Otherwise, the cheese on the pizza was so thick that it slid off with cutting and with every bite. We found ourselves eating crust and sauce –and the sauce was too sweet. It’s Chicago cut. It was fun to watch trains go by and the staff was very friendly, but this place should be considered as take-out only until renovations are done.

Great pizza. 20 bucks gets you an extra large pep pizza and cheesy garlic bread. Feeds my family of 5 with left overs. Must get there garlic cheese bread… It’s to die for!!!

Maybe 3 and a half stars. I find the dough average, plain, uneven, and a bit chewy at the crust edge. The oven is right on. Deck ovens gives a nice even crispness to the base. The temperature was not so hot as to brown the cheese, just golden it. The sauce was plentiful, which I love. I found it a bit sweet for my ideal taste, but co-workers disagreed and said I was wrong. Maybe I am more attentive to every pizza I taste. Trust me though, it was not Flyers sugar sauce sweet. The cheese had a good taste. It was a good 35min from pick up til tasting to judge the cheese on gooey stringyness vs. sticky snapback(immitation). I like my pepperoni with a spicy flavor, to curl up. This was flat and usual. The mushrooms were straight out of the can. By now you’re thinking why 3 and a half. The toppings were abundant. The sauce was abundant. The crust was crisp on the bottom. The cheese tasted real. I started with the Antipasta salad($ 7). I will order this more reguarly. Big value size with Lettuce, raw onion, raw green pepper, canned mushrooms, tomato, banana pepper, mozz, and pepperoni. dressing of choice. I have been here several times this year. The remodeling project looks like it has stalled. I would not encourage a trip to dine in. Perhaps when completed.

This pizza has lots of cheese on it. There are probably other qualities worth mentioning, but I’m not going to mention any of them just to put a point on the fact that this pizza has enough cheese to choke an obese Green Bay football fan. Is the cheese good? Yeah. It is. All of it. If you like cheese, this pizza will deliver it. If you don’t, then you won’t like this pizza. Or any pizza really. Why are you even reading a review of a pizza restaurant anyways? Do you just really care about my opinion that much? If so, check out the movie«Demolition Man». It’s awesome. Anyways, this pizza is alright. You might like it a lot. Try it if you want. Or whatever.

I’ll be sweet and to the point. Place SUCKS! Crust is horrible. Its obvious they try to pile on the cheese and sauce to cover the horrible sauce. I get a house salad, and it comes in a Styrofoam cup… what a JOKE! Online prices different than quote over the phone. Serious, go to the local grocer and get a freezer pizza. I chose them over a chain. Wish I wouldn’t let my «let’s support the small businesses» Thinking get I the way again. I had Dominos on speed dial, but called possum instead. Never again. You’ve been warned!

I read the reviews since I just moved to this area of town and thought I would give them a try. All I can say is that its Pizza, not great but not terrible just ok. I was really disappointed, look for somewhere else if you want really good pizza.

Best pizza in the 614!!! The sauce and pepperoni combo is amazing. Crust is not too thick not too thin and cheese is incredible!!! Good as hell the next day straight out the fridge!

An interesting pizza. I feel like it’s right on the edge of being REALLY good, but it’s not quite there. Sauce is very rich, but dry. Cheese was kinda chewy, in a good way. Whoever answered the phone was courteous and friendly. Lots of variety on the menu, but I’ve only tried the pizza.

Greasy, cheesy deliciousness. First time trying and despite the long wait for delivery it was worth it. They even have a credit card reader when they deliver the pizza which makes it easy instead of having to tell all your credit/debit card numbers over the phone.

Best pizza on the Southside of Columbus. I wish they’d build more possum holler pizza restaurants all around Columbus because it’s better then donatos, pizza hut and dominos.

A little bit of a drive from our new house, but the pizza was still hot and tasty when I got it home. The price is a little higher than we usually pay, but well worth it. A little hard to locate the first time, but I found it okay. The lady working was friendly enough, and the smell of the place stirred my tummy. There is some seating for customers, though the place was empty when I was there. Anyone in the SE area of Columbus needs to at least check this place out once.

On Tuesday this week I stopped here on my way home from Physical Therapy. I got a pepperroni and mushroom pizza. It was delicious. For me the sauce makes the pizza and I loved the sauce. It was also thick with a good tasty cheese and they did not skimp on the mushrooms or large pepperroni. The crust was not to thick and not too thin. It held the toppings well without letting them drip off. This palace has been on the Southeast side for over 30 years and this is my first time trying it and it will not be my last. I know I have passed by it too many times to count on Obetz Road and never stopped. There is a time and season for everything and I guess it was my time to stop in. One of the owners waited on me and she was very nice and pleasent. I was glad they took debit/credit cards because I did not have any cas

I have never had a meal in this pizza shop, but never fail to get an order to go anytime I am in Columbus. Start at the crust, it is always flavored amazingly. It does not matter if you are going basic cheese or adding more toppings, you would be hard pressed to find a more filling pie in this part of the country. It is full on greasy goodness that pizza should be. This is the type of pizza that comes out of a hole in the wall that you wish that could become a worldwide phenom. I take that back, they are just fine being an Obetz staple. Party with the possum and you will not be dissapointed.
