Two stars because once I do get the food it is usually hot and fresh, but I wish I could rate the food separate from the service. I don’t understand why it takes more than 10 minutes to get through the drive-​through when it’s full. Going inside is even worse. You’re better off going across the street to McDonald’s or Wendy’s. It’s not just one day or another, it is consistently awful around 11 AM.

I normally don’t eat fast food anymore and this place is an example of why. The staff are rude and very loud. While you wait you can watch them play around and practically scream back and forth at one another.

This place is absolutely horrible! They get my order wrong EVERY TIME. No exaggeration. Their service is slow and the workers look like they are always playing around while the customers wait. And if you try to call the number on the receipt to complain about your order, you’ll get the fax machine. These people are IDIOTS!!!
