Tasty, real, freshly made ice cream. Always friendly service. The owner gives free ice cream cards to the area schools for the teachers to hand out as incentives, so they are giving back to the local community.

Very good ice cream. They have a huge selection of flavors, and their ice cream is very creamy and tasty. They offer sugar cones, waffle cones and cups, and with all of them you can choose how many scoops you want. Prices are also very reasonable compared with other fancy ice cream shops. I tried a scoop of double chocolate chunk with a scoop of pumpkin, and it was delicious!

Good ice cream but one of their female employees is beyond rude, clueless about customer service, and the owner doesn’t return phone calls so… I’m no longer a customer. Neither will I take visitors there or share any more photos and reviews here or on Foodspotting. Every other employee I’ve dealt with, however, has been professional and could spell customer service! I’ve been to Bruster’s Real Ice Cream too many times! Yesterday, I stopped by, again, and tried their pumpkin pie ice cream(first day of Fall is tomorrow, after all). The apple pie ice cream is great too, as well as the peanut butter cream, and the dark chocolate…

I’m surprised this place hasn’t been Unilocaled yet. As a new resident of Ocala, I wanted to try places I’ve never heard of and Brusters happened to be one of them. I’ve only been here at night but it was set up real cute with lights and music and bubbles-definitely kid-friendly. There are a few tables placed outside to enjoy your ice cream since the ice-cream is ordered at a window. There is also a drive-thru. It seemed fairly busy but the staff were friendly and my ice cream was tasty. I actually had frozen vanilla yogurt with Nestle Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough. I don’t know if it was actually frozen vanilla yogurt or not but it was tasty nonetheless and the sugar cone it came in was pretty good. Prices are the typical prices for ice cream-about $ 3.00 for a cone but I’d definitely come back here.
