Check in was quick; we rolled in at midnight so it was a ghost town. Rooms were clean. Bed was cozy and comfortable. Pillows were the perfect softness. Bathroom didn’t have a fan so it fogged up. Room smelled like mildew or wet towels. Couldn’t put my finger on it but I was too tired to care. Chances are I’ll never be in this area ever again but if I were I’d stay here a second time and probably just as for a less mildewy smelling room.

On the road stop between destinations. Chose this hotel from numerous other properties in the area. Being a MARRIOTT I expected a certain level of quality. Check in went well and the staff was what I would expect from MARRIOTT. The lobby area has a bar and food service. The food was a self serve, with no table service. They have a pool and fitness center. We found a guest laundry in our building.
The room was clean and beds comfortable. There was no refrigerator or microwave. All was as expected except for drapes. They were not attached correctly to the pull rods which did not allow them to close completely. Also, there were holes in the drapes. Not what I would expect for this hotel brand.

This has been a tradition to stay here the night before my dad and I make the final drive to Disney World. The rooms are always clean, the people are very nice, there’s a Burger King in front if you want some flame boiled burgers (Burger King sounds good right now!) and they also have a restaurant with some pricey but good salads.

This has been a hotel that I’ve stayed at several times over the years. They’ve redone the dining area and the fitness center is better than most Courtyards. However this time my room was not the usual Courtyard standard, the shower could have used a better scrubbing, the shampoo & conditioner appeared to have been used previously, and the bed skirt was torn. Next time I’ll probably book at the Fairfield Inn across the street.

I made a reservation when I was bring my son to college in Gainesville. I cancelled the reservation two days prior to coming. They say I did not! charged my credit card and will not return the money! The staff is either stupid or crooks!

If at first you don’t succeed — try again.
My honey and I checked in and was given a room (366). To my horror the room (though promenaded in a pretty red neutral motif) was filled with a strong musty mildew order that offended the senses and caused my husband’s and my eyes to redden and water minutes after arriving into the room. My husband called the front desk for a room change, and the front desk attendant quickly apologized and issued us new keys. Same décor as before but now with a fresh mildew-free smell! Yippie! I’m thankful that the situation was corrected quickly, and my honey and I can now rest from a long day.

Second stay here. Rooms r clean. Highway traffic noise on this side of building. May ask to switch. Otherwise, complimentary breakfast and clean sheets. I am a silver member now.
