Duke James B MD PA

I made an appointment to see Dr. Duke regarding a knee problem. However, when I got there I was switched to his PA, Jessica Gomillion. I was disappointed as would not have driven all the way to Ocala to see his assistant. HOWEVER, Jessica Gomilion was EXCELLENT and in the end, I was probably better served to have seen her rather than Dr. Duke. It seems that Dr. Duke spends his time doing surgery and other high income producing things. My guess is that if your problem can’t be solved by Jessica, then you get bumped up to Dr. Duke.
Bottonline, I was pleased with my appointment and the results. Just be aware that Dr. Duke (like most doctors) runs a factory weeding out the cases so that THE doctor only sees the most seriousand profitable cases.
My recommendation… go see these guys first.
