My father recently passed and I could not be more disappointed with this place. We walked in to pick up his remains and the staff had no idea who we were talking about.
Then, they pull his urn out of a cheap filling cabinet and threw it in a tote bag with their company logo and info all over it.
This isn’t NASCAR! This is someone’s loved one.
Awful, just awful…
