Simply put: the best ice cream in town. Huge banana splits to make all the minions happy, and shakes and malts and root beer floats for the grownups. Huge scoops and flavors for everyone.

Scoops is an old time ice cream parlor serving up some delicious treats.
The three of us came here the other night and were so impressed by this family run ice cream place. Everyone was so friendly and happy.
I’ve taken several pictures of the inside. It really is a throwback ice cream parlor to another period. Prices were also very reasonable and the taste of the ice cream was excellent.
If you find yourself driving through south Ocala along FL 200, I would highly recommend a stop. You will be surprised, as we were by the experience.
