Walked into the store and took about 18 minutes to be helped. It was me and one other person. I had a 14.99 and free tire rotation coupon. They said my vehicle would require different oil. Which I knew might happen and they said they would give me a discount but still would cost me approx $ 46.00 plus tax. Gotta say I went with my instinct on this and went else where. Glad I did because it got all the services done with the right oil for 29.99.(same deal)(no coupon used)

This review is actually more for the online store then this particular Sears itself. Black Friday was just a few days ago and Ive been looking for a stand mixer for my mom for Christmas, everywhere. A few places had 20 bucks off here, 10% off there, but nothing that was like«Damn thats a good price». So early Friday morning I cruised online to Sears to check out all their stuff, and was suprised that they actually had really good prices. I ended up getting my moms mixer for $ 80 off of the original price and it even came with free shipping(little do they know its a huge box). I got a deep fryer for the lowest price Ive seen in town($ 26 instead of the $ 40 Kmart wanted) and all in all I was very pleased with the ease of transaction. Now, what I thought was super awesome was their customer service line. I called the 1800 number to make sure my order went through and I actually got a person… and seriously, it was like 2:30 in the morning. I got a young lady on the phone that was very polite and friendly and most importantly, fast. So why 4 stars and not 5? I went on their website this morning to see if I missed anything good, and they still had Saturdays prices up as the sale. When you click on the item to add to your cart, it shows a more expensive sale price. I called and asked why and a rep said its because Sears runs on Eastern Standard Time and hadnt changed their sale prices yet. I thought this was a little weird, but whatever. All in all, Woot Sears!
