I am velvet supplier from Velvets Incorporated. Shannon ordered fabric from us that was a mistakenly unprocessed credit card order. The error was discovered after delivery. Shannon personally promised me she would pay numerous times in writing, and on the phone. She made a number of painfully small $ 50 payments on $ 1400 in dept over 2 longs years and then stopped payments leaving $ 600 unpaid. She is completely dishonorable.
