Signature Shuttle

My niece was temporarily living in Ocala and we needed to fly her home for a funeral the following week. I did a Google search for shuttle services and found Signature Shuttle. I called to get a quote from Ocala to MCO– Orlando Airport and the rate they offered was competitive. However, between the cost for the last minute flights and airport transfer service, it was more than my niece could afford. I asked them if they knew of any shared van service and the man I spoke with gave me a referral. I thanked him and told him how appreciative I was — especially since RFX Airport Transfer Services told me that they ‘did not refer their competitors’ and hung up on me. The Signature Shuttle person said ‘yes, we do compete for the same business but we are also in the business of taking care of people. I was touched. What an awesome guy!
