What a disappointment ! Went in looking to trade for a used car. Several men walking around and no one even looked our way. A man asked if he could help and I asked to speak to a certain salesman. He ended up being busy and he asked four different salesmen to help us and they all said they where busy, but they had no customers. He found a very arrogant salesman to help us. I saw the car on the internet advertised $ 38,998. He told me the price was $ 39, 998. When I told him about the internet price he just said «Oh». I made an offer and he went to the manager and came back and said we were too far apart and said «Thank you for stopping by». When I asked if he didn’t want to counter offer, he said no, the price of the car stands. Never in my 55 years have I met such a stuck up, snobby car dealership.
