I spent $ 75.13 on 4 guitar hero games for ps2, gta5 and mortal combat komplete edition for xb360 and a guitar for ps2. Out of all that only the guitar and 2 of the GH games worked and they even 100% garunteed me they will work. if i would have just bought the stuff that actually worked it would have been $ 17.50 in stead of 75.13 and they dont refund ur cash. They suck dont waste ur money here its not worth it. I give em 2 thumbs down

Went in today to trade in a few games. I believe a guy named Stephen helped me and was very professional. I have a long history of video game collecting and have been in many stores. The prices are fair here and I’ll definitely be returning.

I wish I could give this a lower rating I use to be a very avid customer particularly because I like to support small businesses it’s a nice place good atmosphere well-​enough organized nice workers but that’s it they never se to be in stock of any game I want even if it’s a supper popular one (Mario games) sometimes I’d come in on the daily to check and they’d still not have it or use a shallow excuse saying that it may be in next week and it often wouldn’t I alwase checked there before going to GameStop but they would never have what I wanted it was always a waste of gas. And when I did find what I would want sometimes I would wait upwards of 30 minutes to purchase the item this was some times and often because while the workers are nice they will talk a very long time to people who they are not helping while not working or they will talk to a person they are helping and not work and make it a long longer. Often times it will only be one person at the register and that person will be Scanning games for a customer who is bringing them in to sell and that process will often times take upwards of 15 to 20 minutes while there is a cumulating line I have not made. Three or four purchase because of line weights for various reasons
They’re nice people but their professionalism is definitely lacking I have often been told by one worker one thing and told something completely different by another this goes from pricing of product they have two pricing of what they’ll give you four games
Before I decided this opinion I gave it about four or five months of trial they consistently did not have what I wanted or had a very long wait time I love the people but these are the facts I still come back from time to time hoping it will be better but it almost never is I will gladly update my review if my experience consistently changes but the store needs a lot of improvement

Since I am down in Florida to visit for the weekend, and while in Ocala, I decided to come here and buy some games.
The prices for games look reasonable, but the condition of a lot of them looks like crap. Some PlayStation 1 games (not in the glass case) had cracked cases and many weren’t even complete. I also saw way too many sports games in the N64 bin. I have been to stores that don’t even accept sports games. Don’t know why a store should get away with that!
Staff seem good, but the store was pretty busy when I went on 1÷17÷15.
If you live in the area and wanna collect games, I suppose it’s not bad, but I’d do some more research on other stores that are more organized and have a better selection of games to choose from.
