This is my favorite little shop in Occoquan, mostly because it has a definite point of view: French Country-​esque furniture and home accessories.
We were warmly greeted by the owners as they opened the shop this morning. Despite not making any purchases (this time!) the owners thanked us for coming in and asked us to please come back again (and we will).

Springfield, VA
Brambles is a unique shop in which the owner paints a large selection of the products in her store– painted slate, canvases and furniture. They have a great selection of hoem décor in a shabby chic/​french country style. Great place to find unique décor items and one of a kind gifts.
