Another crooked company that has all the niceties of customer service, but is just out to cheat you out of your money. I returned a cap the day after I received it; and got an email from «Customer Service» acknowledging they received it and promising to issue a credit refund within 7 – 10 days. Of course, no refund was issued, so I had to dispute the charge with the bank. This is the new American way of doing business, folks — squeeze something out of every chump who does business with you, even if it’s just holding someone’s money wrongfully for a few extra days or weeks. But make sure to placate the customers you’re cheating by sending them emails making them think you’re responsive.

I’ve been a customer of this store for years. I discovered their website when I lived in Pennsylvania. Order 3 hats, they ship them to you for free. Then I learned they were based out of my hometown of ocean city. One of the best things to happen to the eastern shore! Customer service is top notch both online and in person. They are fully stocked with every team, every color. 100% legitimate new era hats. If you are into fine head wear check these gentleman out. I guarantee you will find at least one hat that you will like. Keep up the great work guys. The two hats I bought today are awesome!

customer service is garbage. horrible repsonse time (4 days, really?). and dont even think about returning a hat if it went on your head at all, unless you have your head wrapped in saranwrap first. AND they charge you for shipping, AND they require customers to pay for return shipping (dont even bother trying re my sentence above), AND they charge you AGAIN if you try to return a hat and its not to their liking. Their whole return policy is very trickily phrased so you dont know if they will or wont accept a return. They will say «oh yeah no problem, you can return a hat for refund» but i guarantee 100% they will not accept your return. That is unless you return a hat without even touching it (still a maybe) or you are wearing a hazmat suit while trying it on. Dont bother with this company. you can get every single had they sell from other online retailers with clear and honest return policies that the company acutally stands by.

The name is somewhat misleading, as the overwhelming majority of their inventory is the baseball cap style — but if that is the style you are looking for, they will undoubtedly have something that you will like.
Tucked away in the back of the Gold Coast Mall, this hat shop offers a lot of variety in a relatively small space. My husband likes to stop each year and pick out a new hat for our favorite NHL team, and I am always pleased with the options — there have always been at least 5 styles for him to choose from, often many more. The teams and schools are not always grouped together, so you can ask one of the helpful staff if you are looking for something (or somewhere) in particular.
Also noteworthy: the ubiquitous coupon books at all of the OC grocery stores and restaurants often include a coupon for $ 2 off a hat at this shop.
