Horrible service! The kid did not know a thing, and there was only one person working while the line was huge. The was a ’50% off EVERYTHING in the store’ sign, so I though I would check it out because my daughter wanted to go back to the Shirt Shack to get a shirt. My daughter picks out her T-​shirt and we wait in a 5 minute line. The person told me that he could not put a heart () on her shirt, while the shirt shack easily could. He acted was very un-​experienced! So I ask him how much per letter, and he says three bucks. So I say alright so one fifty per letter, and he corrects me saying that the letters are not half off. This does NOT make sense because the sign said EVERYTHING IN THE STORE 50% OFF! I don;t buy it and go to the shirt shack where they do the and charge 1 $ per letter. I ended up saving money even though the shirt at the shirt shack was six bucks more expressive. Jilly’s also had a horrible selection! Go to the shirt shack!

It is a high end T –Shirt shop if there is such a thing. Not your typical T shirt shop! They do special decals of any design you want! The prices are good and service is friendly!
