I am so happy that these guys are renting mobility scooters now. It’s great to have a place close to the boardwalk to rent scooters from. I felt the price was very reasonable. If they keep the prices near to what I paid this season, they will have zero competition in the upcoming seasons. The scooter I had was used, yes — but let me tell ya… if you turned the speed setting from turtle to rabbit, and laid on the forward button all the way, you had better be on the boardwalk after 10 pm or you’ll possibly be cited for speeding and bumping off fellow vacationers. lol. It certainly can go «Vroom!» Thanks for making my vacation great, guys! See you next summer.

Just returned from our annual Beach Week vacation and 6 morning visits to Ocean City’s best rental bicycle location. The Ocean City Bicycle Center at the corner of 8^th and Atlantic is without any doubt the best bicycle rental location in the City. Carl, the owner, has Italian made surreys from 2 passengers up to his newest 9 passenger Italian model — the 9 passenger looks sweet. My family rented 2 passenger and 4 passenger surreys as well as several individual bikes — all were excellently maintained — with firm brakes — all very clean and quiet. Carl and his team are so personable and always give us the kind of personal attention as if we are the only folks there when in reality OCBC is very popular (understandably) — I suggest you visit Carl for your surrey and bicycle desires — he also rents strollers and wheel chairs as well as go-​cart type bikes. Visit the OCBC facebook page and you can see his extensive fleet of available rentals — when you go please notice his new flowers that line the corner — they are quite pretty and are in full bloom in the morning. A special recognition for Carl and his team was when the Ocean City Chamber of Commerce designiated Ocean City Bicycle Center as the City’s Business of the Week — July 19, 2015 thru July 25, 2015. Congratulations to Carl and his team !

Cheap prices. However very unsafe bikes. When we complained the manager or owner basically said tough luck

My family took a surrey for 2 adults and 1 child. We were on and off the lot with our surrey within 5 minutes.
I suggest the earlier the better. As the day goes on the boardwalk gets more crowded.

The prices are cheap, but the bikes are horrible and not safe to ride! The breaks are loose and the bikes are not maintained well. It was scary riding the bike even in ocean city were there is little traffic.

If you are in OC and you want to go for a bike ride this is the place to go. The owner is on site and works every day. He treats his customers like they are family. While I was there he made sure everyone was taken care of and the most important part he made sure everyone was happy. I brought my daughter there to fix her bike and he got me in and out in a matter of seconds, not only was I happy with the service but so was my 8 year old daughter. When we left my 8 year old daughter said «Daddy he is a really nice man… did you know him». What I am trying to say is the staff makes you feel like family. When I am in OC the only place to go is here. I want to thank Carl and his staff for making my vacation a great one.

Brought my family down for yearly summer vacation and renting bikes are always an important start to our morning rides on boardwalk. My daughter just learned to ride so very anxious to get best and safest bikes available.
This place is the only choice and SO FRIENDLY.
Woke up on second day to find my wife had flat tire. Was prepared to drive to get fixed when decided to call. Despite being peak ours of business, they showed up within 15 minutes to replace my wife’s bike.
How AWESOME was that. Very in my book.
They have my business for life!!!

great place for bike service on vacation. they fixed 3 bikes for less than $ 20. in one day! And they even pointed me towards the local clam bar. Great service. Nice people.

Great place, well staffed and managed. We arrived at 10 am and waited a few minutes for our surrey bike.
What a treat, Loved it. The boardwalk is lovely and has lanes for the surrey bikes. YOU CAN ONLY RIDE TILL NOON, make sure you arrive early the rental is for 1 hour. Super nice staff, great value. Unilocal discount or free picture.

A full service shop. I’ve had numerous repairs made here always timely and professional.

Will, my man! OC bike is the best. We had great service and awesome people to help us. We also received the 10% off our order for our Unilocal check in with no hassle. I will definitely come back next summer.

Went twice this week and will more than likely go again today. Surrey is not for everyone and is sort of annoying but bikes are great. The staff was very friendly and helpful in making sure I got a bike with a kid seat as I requested.
The only complaint has nothing to do with bike shop. Complaint is the every person on the boardwalk thinks they are the only person. This makes riding safely a challenge.

This is a great place to rent bikes for cruising along in Ocean City. The bikes are comfortable, easy to ride, and are in excellent condition. The bike I rented was $ 6 an hour and I was not charged extra when I returned twenty minutes late. The gentleman who helped me, Carl, was friendly and helpful. I had a wonderful 5 mile ride on the beautiful Ocean City Boardwalk. Free parking alongside the shop. Well worth it!

The only place to rent a bike while you’re in Ocean City. Best prices in town, they’ll hook you and your kids up with helmets, and an hour’s ride on a bike with a carseat is $ 8.
Plenty of time to cruise to the boardwalk, pick up some doughnuts, eat them on a bench, wipe the crumbs off and return your cruiser.
Free parking is available while you ride too.
