Pizza Tugos

This review is based on an 1.5hr wait for our food on a delivery. At the 45 minute mark, we placed a call and was told that our food was next out. Well at the 1.5 mark, we called again for our food. We requested a refund and to speak with the manager. The manager did not make him or herself available and we were told to email them.
Very disappointing experience for a local. This was our first delivery but have eaten in several times with a good experience. Hence, the reason for providing the extra star.

Brenden was a great server. The food was delicious and cooked perfectly. We ordered the crab dip as an appetizer and pizza for our entrée. We love the atmosphere and the televisions are a nice feature. Overall it was a great experience with great service and great waiter.

My opinion… they can make some of the best pizza we have ever had. We get their meat specialty pizza. They have plenty of table seating, small arcade, and a large bar. We have never waited for a table, even on holiday weekends. Cons: the arcade is nothing special and service was not that great last time. They gave us dirty plates and the server was irritable. One of our pizzas had a large air bubble, so the cook messed up.

Eh the service was good but the food was mediocre. Soggy pizza with lots of toppings — but doesn’t deliver in the taste department. Would not go back just for the food. Looks like a decent spot for a drink and to watch a game.

Great food and awesome people !!! I love everything about the place and I recommend it to anyone that’s inquiring dinning out …

We waited for over 1 hour for our bread sticks. Our calzones took 30 minutes longer. My daughter’s mozzarella sticks never made it out before we left, nor did my bowl of chili. The food was good but not worth the wait. The 1 start was being generous. The manager said that he would not make us pay for the food we didn’t get, well that is a good idea. I would NEVER recommend this place!

It said open till 2. We arrived at midnight and the bartender came out and locked the door when we arrived. Unbelievable.

A guy uses his arm to stir the pizza sauce and that’s really all I have to say about this.

The pizza was good but not great, maybe cause i order a cheese pizza so it was kinda plain… but the service was fast and very courteous. The staff was also prompt and knowledgeable. The really impressive part of the experience was the wide selection of craft beers and the cleanliness and overall restaurant appearance. I definitely recommend the place and would go again when I visit Ocean City.

Five stars for our server Phil and his beer selection.
We had been sent here by one of the local breweries because they have so many taps. It didn’t disappoint. We were lucky to get Phil as our server and he knew all about the beers and was super helpful. We got the football special which was unlimited pizza and wings and enjoyed being able to pick our own flights. Great beer selection, Brian always loves pizza and Phil really made our experience.

This is the best place to watch football. The bartenders are amazing. They are the only reason I’ll still come here after today. My boyfriend and I come here everyweeked and get here early to see where our teams are playing thanks to their handy sticky notes on the tvs (they tell you which tv is playing which game) and today the owner came in and tried to change all the tvs Infront of customers … at one point he even turned two tvs off (while games were playing) while he was trying to change things. I never thought I would see an owner of a business treat their employees like he did or his customers… But WOW!!! Place runs much better when he is not here. He should be embarrassed and he should value the employees he has and their knowledge because they are here everyday when he is not. Sincerely, a fan of tugos but definitely a disgusted customer of the owner

This place was fairly good. We got it delivered and it was fairly expensive for the taste. I probably would not buy from again but in a pinch this place would suffice.

Okay I will admit both times we ordered the pizza it was at the end of the night but it was so delicious. It’s pretty pricey but I think it was worth it and two pies fed 4 of us (2 guys and 2 girls). I really wish they had this back in Philly. The delivery was quick, about 40 minutes from calling. I’d suggest the pepperoni !

Average food, above average prices and average to below average service. Beer list of 24 on tap but mostly IPAs without a single Porter or Stout on tap. 2 beers, chicken tender and fired pickles appetizers, 1 cheese burger and an extra large godfather pizza came to $ 75.

Awesome thin crispy pizza, large beer selection, great bartender! What more do you want?!

My family and I ate here on our last night of vacation. We had a pepperoni pizza, an order of mild buffalo wings and an order of boneless wings with Old Bay sauce. The food was delicious!!! We were able to sit outside and enjoy the night air while dining. Our server, Davina was excellent and friendly. She let us sample the beers before purchasing them! All in all we had a wonderful experience and would recommend it to any family visiting Ocean City and Baja Amusement Park (located right across the street).

Best pizza and beer in OCMD! Awesome for big groups and they never fail to go out of their way.

My experience was semi like the others, slow with the seating, fast with the rushing and horrible service, my daughter got a meatball sub, took one bite and ate the meatballs and left the rest (kids with meat lovers you understand what this means) my mom and I had philly cheese steaks, they were good, we finished. And left. Don’t think we will be back but now we know

Cool place! Really wanted pizza, so we stopped. We shared the regular size veggie pizza topped with extra cheese, mushrooms, green peppers, and onions. It was good and hit the spot! The bar looked nice and they had TV’s with Palladia on which we enjoyed watching/​listening to while we were eating. Had a nice lunch there! I recommend it!

The absolutely worst sub I ever had. We walked into this place and smelled the Italian smells that you would expect from a pizza place but couldn’t imagine the disappointment that awaited when we got home and opened our package. Limp roll with miracle whip dressing, scant lettuce, tomato, onion and what the main course was supposed to be, turkey. BLAH don’t get a sub from this place!
