I went back this past summer and they had yogurt!!! I was so excited! I got a waffle with the yogurt. Sadly, I’m sorry to report that it was not good. The yogurt did not have a good flavor and I ended up throwing it out. The waffle wasn’t anything to write home about either.

One of the things you must try at the boardwalk, it beats the crepes, Custers, fudge, n the fries. Just the plain sugar waffle, after I got it the first time, that became my cravings every morning for the rest of me vacations.

Really delicious. Took advice of fellow Unilocalers and tried the original and chocolate drizzle. Both good. House was split. I liked the original.

Best waffles ever. We know this place from skiing in Vermont, so happy they finally ventured out. You need to try their waffles with Belgium chocolate… it’s delicious.

This is a great treat. The waffles come two ways-with or without chocolate. My wife and I tried each one. Both were good, but the chocolate ones are sensational. We ate them with breakfast, but I’m sure it’s even better for dessert after dinner. Waffle Cabin is a definite asset to the Ocean City Boardwalk, highly recommend.

Authentic Liège waffle, served by real-live European kids in Ocean City — drove an hour from the Philly area simply to pick up one of these waffles. Did not disappoint! I was recently in Belgium, and these waffles are exactly the same as you would get on any street corner in Brussels. If you’re looking for Liège waffles, these will not disappoint.

Liège waffles on the Ocean City Boardwalk? A sweet surprise, for sure! It had been years since I’d enjoyed a fresh Liège waffle, hot off the waffle iron. Intent on trying this new business, we jumped on a surrey and cycled down the boardwalk for breakfast on the last morning of my recent vacation to Ocean City, NJ. The Waffle Cabin relocated here from slopes in Vermont when ski season ended. We waited a few minutes, as the tricky waffle batter needed more time before it was ready, but the wait paid off. Also known as sugar waffles, they are a bit different from the standard Belgian waffle. In fact, the«Belgian» waffles that most are familiar with are a North American creation that do not exist in Belgium. To make a truly Belgian waffle, large granules of pearl sugar are baked into a rich, yeasted brioche dough and create a lovely caramelization on the waffle’s crisp exterior. My family was completely satisfied with the plain waffles, but I opted for a drizzle of Belgian dark chocolate on mine. I think a cup of Kohr Bros. custard with a waffle from the Waffle Cabin(either sandwiched or side-by-side) would make the perfect boardwalk treat.

The waffle here was an excellent choice. It was sweet and warm to my senses. However, the sugar waffle is their only option. It would be a huge improvement to add wild toppings for guests to indulge in.
