DONOTUSETHISFLORIST!!! I would put zero stars if that were possible. I wish I had read the reviews prior to my wedding. I started out with Ilanca by telling her I am a teacher and was working on a very tight budget. She promised to get me the best prices that she could. She then proceeded to convince me to buy a bunch of things I didn’t want(boutineers, corsages, etc.). When I changed my mind later because it was too expensive, she told me that I could not change the contract because I had already given her a deposit. This was over 2 months before my wedding and the flowers had not even been ordered yet. I should have known then that her inflexibility would cause me trouble down the road. I spent 500 dollars on an arch for the day of my wedding. The ceremony was meant to take place on the beach but it was a very windy day. Ilanca and her team called me the morning of my wedding to say«We have a big problem». This is not what a bride wants to hear on her wedding day. She then proceeded to ask me to come to the beach and ultimately we were unable to use the arch because of the wind. I was in the middle of getting ready with hair and make up and my bridal party and was unable to go down to the beach. The arch fell over several times and when we went back to try to take some pictures with it, they had already disassembled it. The venue’s staff(The Majestic — Highly reccommmend them by the way!) were running all over the place trying to help us make it work. They were frustrated by Ilanca and her team’s negative attitude and lack of cooperation as well. Ultimately, we had to change the location of the wedding because of the wind and were unable to use the arch or even take a single picture with it. It was an incredibly stressful situation with lots of back and forth phone calls and running to and from the beach. I hired a florist so that I wouldn’t have to worry about flowers and ended up with no flowers, lost money, and a whole lot of stress. The day after the wedding, my husband and I went to see Ilanca and talk about a partial refund. Being reasonable people, we recognized that she had put work into making it and only wanted to ask for a partial refund. Our main reason for wanting the refund(of course we realize she can not control the weather) was because the contract read that we owned the flowers and would be able to take them home and make them into bouquets after the wedding. She merely laughed and said that they were destroyed and that she would consider a refund. Ultimately, she did not grant us a partial refund for the flowers owed or the petals for my flower girl’s basket that she did not include in our order. They were completely inflexible with the cost and refused to refund any of the money for an arch that I did not get to use or even take one picture with, the petals I never received, and the flowers we were owed from the arch. That same day, I saw that Ilanca posted pictures of the arch that were meant to be for my wedding but we were unable to use on her website as an advertisement and wrote«a wedding in Ocean Grove», this added insult to injury since we were unable to use the arch or the flowers at all. This flower shop caused me an incredible amount of stress and angst and money on what is meant to be the most special day of my life. I strongly urge you not to use their services. Even the venue I worked with(The Majestic) vowed never to work with them again for the same reason. If you want an easy, stress free, wedding, with beautiful flowers — Go elsewhere!!! What horrible experience.

I would given them zero stars if that was an option. The owners and staff are rude, unfriendly people who don’t know an ounce about flowers or customer service. I spent over $ 100 on 2 orchids and a hanging plant and when BOTH orchids died within 2 weeks, I went back to the shop to discuss. Their reaction and response was that it was my fault and I didn’t water them. I have kept orchids for years and know how to care for them, the shop lied about the quality of the flowers and then blamed me. It is a shame, I just bought a home in OG and would have spent hundreds of dollars annually on flowers, my business will go elsewhere. I hope that Paul Goldfinger writes on his OG blog about what an awful store this is and these people are, in the OG all the shops are family owned and run, and focus on hospitality, this is the exception. The owners need to get their act in gear, I will never shop there and will continue to let everyone in town know that I was swindled by them.

This store may have been around since 1971 but unfortunately the new owners have not. They are unprofessional and under staffed. I’ve had my own personal shopping experience’s with them and some of my friends. Ill let the other reviews speak for themselves. They certainly are not representative of the many wonderful merchants in this charming town. You would be hard pressed to know it was a florist shop anyway unless you walked in & were lucky to find someone to help you. The street is cluttered with tee shirts, wind chimes, ornaments & other touristy gifts & some overpriced annuals & orchids. They do however have THEBEST Salt water taffy around That ill give them.

The original arrangement looked nice, but the flowers barely lasted a few days. When the person to whom I sent the flowers went to the store to address the issue of the flowers not lasting, she was treated very rudely and unprofessionally. She received zero customer service or support, so I will not be purchasing form there again.

Charming shop. Probably the best flower arranger/artist in the state if you want something different, dramatic and beautiful.

Nice shop to grab an ocean grove souvenir. Best prices by far. No need to spend $ 24.99 on a t-Shirt. go here and snag one on clearance for $ 11.99.
