Bay Pest Control

I have been using Bay Pest Control for almost two years, the office team and my service guy are professional and friendly. I purchased an abandoned house, it needed serious help and Bay Pest Control worked closely with us to get the issues resolved and now they keep it pest free with their monthly service. Couldn’t make it with out my favorite bug guy Steve.

About as bad as it gets in the pest control business. Used Bay for a commercial account and ended up dropping them. The tech that they sent out was very unprofessional and sloppy. Ended up calling them back four days after they sprayed after noticing brown banded roaches running around. After returning to spray again the tech made some smart ass remark about spraying everything the first time, wrong!
Before signing a contract with any company make sure you ask around and get references.
I applaud the owner of this company reaching out however no-​one has attempted to contact me on Unilocal.My name would not be on the account cause it was an account I managed. The tech that showed up was rushed and unprofessional had coke bottle glasses. He also refused a request to return at a later time. I stand by my review.
