iRepair of Ocean Springs

This place it HORRIFIC!!! We took two computers there, told them exactly what was wrong with desktop (disk stuck) and that was $ 100. My laptop had a virus, and that was $ 200. Here is the kicker, both are MACs. The only reason we didn’t take them to New Orleans is because we needed them back quickly. It took them a week and a half to fix the computers, btw only one of them works… The one that had the disk stuck. When I kept calling to check the status I was told they were still working on it and they needed a password for the laptop. They had already had the laptop for a week and it took me calling them for me to find out they needed the password? When I went to pick up my laptop the cover had scratches all over it. I ask what happened and the lady working the desk had enough nerve to tell me that was its state when it was brought it. That was total crap. That computer was rarely used for a while and might have been dusty but definitely not scratched. Seriously would not recommend my worst enemy to go there. The place is a joke.

Spent 180 $ to get my iPhone 6 repaired this spring. The screen they put in it was total garbage. They told me it was my phone. The screen completely broke a month later. I took it to the Apple Store… They stated that Irepair put a bad screen in and over charged me. («These places make money because they put cheap knock off screens in») Apple Store charged me I believe 92 dollars and you can tell the difference. Trust me DO NOT go here. Waste of money… Ps email me if you don’t believe me I have pictures of everything… Along with receipts
Please note: the pictures show the huge gaps and screen falling apart from the sides. The screen completely separated. They stated it was a «bad batch» apple stated «it is not a bad batch. They put horribly cheap screens back in that cost nearly nothing»
