Terrible. Terrible. Never showed up. Rude when I called to see if they were coming. Then another friend told me they ripped her off.

Atrocious. Not only they did not fix my small appliance after I dropped it off, WENEVEREVENGOTITBACK. My experience is from a while ago and I hate to give them a bad review but maybe it will save someone from disappointment. I like spending my hard earned money at local businesses but truly regret doing(or trying to do) business with Kelly’s Appliance. We had no choice but to purchase a brand new appliance after waiting forever for them to do their job. First of all, the older gentleman that took in my appliance was clearly not customer oriented. He was curt to the point of being rude. I asked him a couple of simple questions like A). Could you give me an estimate in how long it may take to fix it? Would it be like a few days, one week, or more like one month? B). Approximately how much should I expect to pay to fix it? I told him we would like it as soon as possible and are happy to pay extra as a «rush job» fee if they can fix it fast, but I’d rather purchase a new appliance if it is totally broken and estimated to cost more to fix it than getting a new one. They seem like totally reasonable questions, right? Evidently not for him. All he told me was«NOGUARANTEESONANYTHING.» He repeatedly insisted this policy as if I didn’t hear him. Uhh, ooookay.(I should have turned around and walked out instead of dropping it off.) So after he promised me someone would call me as soon as they take a look at it, I left him my contact info and small appliance and went home. Big fucking mistake. Noone called me or returned my call for nearly two weeks. This time it was a lady called me to see if they can order the parts they need to fix my appliance, as it will be somewhat costly. I told them okay, thanks and please go ahead and buy the parts, because we really need it ASAP. Fast forward till today — Nobody called me to let me know if it was fixed, ready to be picked up, not fixed, kiss my grits, or NOTHING. They never returned my calls. They either went out of business or moved location without contacting, and I never got my appliance. That is called fucking STEALING.

They will order all of the parts without even knowing which one is needs repair and will bill you for all of them. The manager knows more then you do, ask her she will tell you. Extremely bad business practices.
