Pizza pretty much cold by the slice not so great but at least thay had a vegetarian choice.
On the other hand the bakery was delicious.

Stopped in at DJ’s on the way down to south point, where we were going to walk to Green Sand Beach. I picked up a pesto chicken sandwich and it delcious! Maybe it was the long walk in the sun talking, but it really hit the spot!

Worst service ever. The counter woman with tAtoos was horrible. Nasty and very unwelcoming. Too bad sandwiches were okay. Pizza awful and woman was very off putting

Today I was extremely dissapointed in dj’s. We went in for a couple meatball subs. As we’re waiting I look to the back and see the lady that’s preparing the food lick sauce off of multiple fingers and then continue preparing a pizza. I sat there watching to see if she was gonna wash her hands at some point but she never did. So I asked for my refund. The lady that was making the food was a manager I’m guessing because she came up to open the drawer. When she then wiped her face and nose barehanded and continued cooking with no sanitization in between any of it. My family and I love this place and their food and don’t wanna stop going here but after today we probably won’t be back for a while and only when the owner is the one cooking.

Pizza by the slice was what caught my eye first, so I ordered the veggie slice & it was ok. The real delight was in the pastries. The carrot cake was FANTASTIC, the chocolate silkies. well I should’ve ordered 10 of those, they nearly put me into a choco coma they were so damn delicious. I’d go back to this place today if I could.

Don’t let the location or appearance fool you, this place is first rate. It may be in a sketchy strip mall and be somewhat dive-​like, but this place makes some amazing pizza and is probably the cheapest food you will find on the island. We went here for lunch after visiting the green sand beach and if your even remotely close you should make this your lunch stop.
We got their pepperoni slice special (slice and drink for 3.50) and it was better than you might find from some sit down type restaurants elsewhere. Get it and enjoy!

I’ve been here 5 times already just for the Chocolate Silk. The best pastry I’ve ever had. A ball of chocolate delight. When ever I’m passing ocean view, I’m stopping for at least one. $ 5.00 each and worth every penny.
I also just tried the calzone and it was very good, large enough for 2 people.
I only gave 4 stars cause the pizza needs improvement, it’s not consistent, and the dough is kinda dry, and could use more sauce as the dough absorbs most of it. I do have to say though, the toppings are really fresh, and the cheese is great really stringy means good quality.
Overall I am very satisfied and will definitely be a repeat customer.

Gluten Free Pizza is delicious! Crust tastes like pretzel with sesame seeds as an added bonus! Also enjoyed a Gluten Free Macaroon ;)

Super friendly staff and the best scone I’ve had on the island! Most of the other ones were too cakey; this one was just perfect — moist on the inside and crunchy in the outside. Perfect mango scone!

This place, popular with the locals, is a nice mash-​up between pizza, sandwiches and a bakery. The pizza is good, cookies are better.
There is limited outdoor seating, no indoor seating and only portable toilets, but if you’re driving to the volcano, and you’re hungry, stop by for a visit.

We were here in mid-​March and ordered their lunch combo. The pizza was not good and neither were the cupcake or macadamia nut tart. My husband liked the cheesecake and the salad, but that was it.
On a better note, the staff were very friendly and welcoming. They made the not-​so-​good food seem not as bad.

I really enjoy DJ’s pizza. They have a great meal deal, which includes 2 slices of pizza, soda, and dessert for $ 6.99. You can add a salad for only $ 1.00. Can’t beat that deal. The veggie sandwich on focaccia bread is very tasty also. I haven’t had anything there that I didn’t enjoy. They’ve done a good job at providing quality items at affordable prices.
