We have since had our issue resolved, but remain unimpressed with the business. Though the tech who came to fix our dryer did a great job, they did not arrive during the specified window, which meant we spent an entire day sitting at home for no reason. It is unlikely that we would use this company again, unless we had absolutely no other choice. It’s a shame, because the tech was personable, knowledgeable, and efficient.
