I was very happy with my experience at Optical World. The eye exam was thorough and the doctor was very nice. The selection of eyeglasses was excellent. I wanted designer frames. The staff helped me choose a pair of Oliver Peoples. I am very happy with my new glasses. I returned to purchase sunglasses. I was equally happy with my experience. I was able to purchase Maui Jim frames at a good price.

Staff was soooo rude. Was basically yelled at just because I wanted to look at glasses. Also I ordered glasses through them and they said they would call after 2 weeks. finally after waiting for three weeks I had to call Them and inquire about my glasses. they told me they were ready. So no one was going to call me?! Also there is a very small selection to choose from

Horrible customer service. My son’s glasses broke three times. If you want rude service and cheap glasses that break this is the place. The person over the phone answered my question regarding my son’s eye care by saying, «because you just have to…» The most uneducated staff I’ve ever encountered in a doctor’s office.

Great doctor, helpful staff! I felt very comfortable as the doctor explained everything he was doing. My only complaint is that I wish there was a bigger selection to choose from.

Good Doc. awful customer service… never will I go back as they never offered to adjust my glasses that cost 450 dollars even after I sent an email! I had to go to Lenscrafter at Monmouth Mall that has the best dude that fits glasses named Gustav! He is excellent!
