Can’t believe if you want to return an item you have to WAIT your turn — but when you want to buy an item they take you right away at the front register??? NEVER AGAIN!
You can buy the same item on Amazon for MUCH MORE CHEAPER!!! Learned a valuable lesson from Verizon!!!

Dan F. was my sales guy and I have to say, he was very well informed and extremely patient with me. I went in looking to upgrade my old phone, but wasn’t sure what kind of plan I wanted. He took the time to answer all of my questions and didn’t try to rush me into making a decision. I went back when my phone shipped so he could transfer all my data and contacts into the new phone and he made sure that I didn’t wait for a long time and took care of it promptly. I had to return a third time because there was an issue with a promo code and once again, I was greeted almost immediately (he was working with a customer at the time I walked in) and he was quick to resolve the issue and follow up that night to make sure it was taken care of.
It seems all the employees in the store are incredibly helpful and friendly and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new phone or tablet. You might want to ask for Dan first though if you’re as indecisive as I was!

Worst experience on a number of occasions. I am now driving 10 minutes to monmouth mall in order to talk to a rep that’s not a huge fat angry b**** with a stick up her ass everyone I went. Not to mention her trying to sell you snake oils and lies on the products everyone as well. If it was across the street fr where I live I would never go back. But after my last experience I now never will. Not only has the manager been rude to me but she been rude while talking to other people and over hearing her talking with colleagues bad mouthing customers behind their backs. There’s so much more to say but I will leave at that for now.

Without a doubt the most pleasant experience in any Verizon store I’ve ever had. After a horrific experience at the Verizon Wireless store in East Brunswick NJ location that left me angry, upset, and my daughter in tears (and no sales for them), I decided to visit this location since we were going to the beach. Am I glad I did. The store was crowded as I learned why. After waiting a bit, the most pleasant sales rep I’ve ever countered helped us upgrade a phone and pick out accessories. He had the most polite manners. He even shook not only my hand after the sale but also my wife’s who stood by me the entire time and never said a word to him. He even walked us out! I was floored by his professionalism, manners, and great customer service. This store understands Customer Service and deserves the high ranking you see here.

Went to Verizon Wireless in Ocean Twsp for a new phone an Angel was my sales rep. It was his 1^st day and I was his 1^st customer and he could not have been anymore helpful.
