I really like this gym because it is a bit quieter than the other ones on base. I mainly attend the classes here, Yoga on Tuesdays and Thursdays is great, I love the instructor Emer, she is the best. Yoga is great for beginners, as well. At this gym they also offer Meditative Breathing every 2nd and 4th Wednesday, it is a great class, I have been three times so far and it truly helps me relax.
