Alberto’s Mexican Food

This is probably my favorite place to get burritos for a great price and great quality wise… I had a problem yesterday where I ordered a cardne Asada burrito when I meant California and they were so nice to just fix the issue for me! Great restaurant great employees!

I always call before, to have order ready and not waiting. Prolly a better idea for those impatient customers. Ijs. Quality is always A+.
Prolly leave a $tip and they’ll give you better service. «You get what you put out» «put your money where your mouth is!»

I don’t know what these other people are talking about, but this place is bomb and the customer service is simple and fast. Go in go out. It’s amazing when a business is like that.

I hate to give one-​star reviews, but this Alberto’s establishment needs a lot of improvement. The location is very good and the inside is well kept. That is where they shine, and I have no complaints there. The service from the staff is an abomination. They are rude in the sense that they have no awareness of customer needs and don’t have the communication skills to address those needs. For example, my friend and I ordered to eat in, but we were given our meals in a box and bag to go. What the hell?!?
My friend asked about the salsa bar. He doesn’t intuitively know which of the four salsas are mild, which are hot, and which is very hot. The different salsa’s weren’t marked in any way. When he asked the cashier about it, the cashier gave a muddled, unhelpful explanation. The take away from this is to please clearly label and classify the salsas to help your patrons make good salsa decisions.
I ordered a bean, rice, and cheese burrito. It’s a standard on which I judge a Mexican restaurant’s quality of food and service. The burrito was big enough and it had the right ingredients in it. The quality in which it was made was damn poor. My chief complaint was the cheese. It wasn’t well integrated into the burrito. It was off to the sides where it had little to no contact with the rice and beans. It overflowed into the flaps where it shouldn’t be. That gave it a poor connection to the overall burrito and I was pretty damn dissatisfied with my meal. It really was just poorly made, with rice and cheese falling all over the place. I hardly enjoyed it. I will not be coming back to this establishment until another credible reviewer can assess it again. I encourage the wary Unilocal community to also avoid this place unless he/​she is brave enough to take on this abortion of an establishment.

Generally had good experience with different Alberto’s. Got take out and this was the worst fish burrito ever had. They do not put beans or cheese in it. It also was the most over fried fish. Think it might have been re-​fried from what was not used yesterday. I was hungry, but could not eat it.

Very rude cashier! Ordered a cheese quesadilla I’m vegetarian and there was a huge piece of meat in the middle. Also the place smelled horrible. Will never go back.

Their burritos are huge, they are very generous with their meat in their burritos. The food their is excellent. Their hot sauce and hot carrots are on point. This place is awesome!

You ask to add something to your order and they say no to you?
Wtf?! What happen to costumer satisfaction.
Something as simple as can you add beans to My burrito and they RESPONDED with NO!

One of my favorite places for burritos. This place is always consistent with the food and the cooks take pride in the food they make. Love this place.

Parking can be a little bit of a pain if the center is busy since there isn’t much parking. The good thing is that people are always coming out of the other places on the center so if you have to wait then it won’t be that long. I either get the bean, cheese and rice burrito or the bacon breakfast burrito. Both are really good but a little high on the price side compared to other Mexican food places in the local area. They also have a good selection of salsa for both green and red.

Biggest tacos I’ve ever seen. Like jaw dropping big. It might as well be a burrito. The place is a little low rent but the service is fast and the tables are clean. And they have HUGE tacos.

I’ve eaten here like 4 times and each time was fine! Everything taste great and fresh, I’m very picky when it comes to my meat too (I dislike the clear chewy fat part of the mea) t and this place was perfect for me! I have tried their carne asada fries (oh so yummy) and their rolled tacos with guacamole. Its conveniently located next to starbuck and fresh n easy shopping center. Unfortunately NO DRIVE THRU.

My 1^st time eating at this establishment. They give you a lot of food. I
ordered the Super Nachos and although it was tasty, the beef wasn’t freshly made and it was hard, dry and tough.
All-​in-​all it was just ok.

Great burritos, always consistent, always big, good service on weekends morning! Clean and great carrots too.

Carne asada fries and cali burritos are good to get here. Tasty and cheap. Don’t forget to get a piña drink.

This place is horrible. Bad customer service and they always mess up my order on top of being over price. I would not recommend this place to anybody.

I did however find an entire avocado pit in my burrito last time… But I survived. And the burrito was good. Duh

Customer Service was OK. I was a bit offended when the cashier poured all of her tips into a bag after my daughter pointed out that they had «plenty of moneys». Insinuating that my daughter was going to take her tip money! SMDH!
I purchased their Carne Asada Fries ($ 7.50) and Cheese Quesadilla (3.25). Their meat was seasoned just right, and their portions were huge. It took 3 of us to finish the Fries. My daughter also liked her quesadilla. Large Horchata ($ 3.25)
TIP: Quesadillas are $ 2.99 ever Tuesday!
