Having mold is scary, confusing, & expensive, but you have to get rid of it ASAP. And I don’t know about you, but I don’t want the guy who’s going to clean it up, be the same guy telling there is mold… that’s where Bill & AMI come into play. They ONLY inspect and they do it honestly & fairly priced. If you have mold, do yourself a favor & spend 10 min reading the website; you’ll be glad you did! I hope I don’t have mold again but if I do I’m calling Bill first thing.

I scheduled Bill to come to my home for an inspection. I had to take the day out of work to do this.
He was supposed to show up between10:30 and11:30. At 11:45 I called the main number for AMI to see where he was. I heard back an hour later from Bill that unfortunately someone had deleted the appointment from the calendar. He was very apologetic but, Iost a work day, and I hired a different firm for the job. They showed upright on time and were very professional

Their supervisor Evan was outstanding. Came out and tested for me and thankfully the mold we had wasn’t the «Bad Stuff»! Thanks Evan!
